Amazing support from gio and Syra they helped me with a brand new deal and i’n super grateful meeting them at the store today

The person who helped me, his name was Harrison. He immediately worked out what we needed and quickly set up my, and my wife's, new contracts.

I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received from Saira, the assistant manager from the Cardiff St Davids store. She was absolutely fantastic and is a real asset to Three UK!

From the moment I came in, Saira took the time to understand my needs and talked me through all the options available without rushing me at all. I never once felt like I was simply being sold products or pushed into spending more money. Instead, she genuinely listened, took my requirements into consideration and made sure I understood what would work best for me and my family.

She even spent time demonstrating different products and explaining everything thoroughly, which made the whole experience so much easier. She also put together a package deal for me and my family, making sure everything suited our needs.

It’s rare to come across someone who is so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely invested in providing excellent customer service. Saira went above and beyond, and her professionalism and approach really stood out.

I honestly cannot praise Saira enough. From the moment I dealt with her, she was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond what I could ever have expected, making the entire experience an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Saira is a true credit to Three. Gio was absolutely fantastic, he was extremely helpful and strived to get the best deal he possibly could for me. He explained everything carefully and in detail so I understood my new contract. I highly recommend him!!

Went into store with my partner today and received excellent service from Gio! He was very informative and helpful in making sure we had the beat deal for the best price! He fully explained all the packages to make sure we understood what we were getting, would highly recommend him if you're unsure about what you want/need!
