I was treated like a second class citizen and felt descriminated on the canterbury branch today, especially when I wanted a deal for a smart watch samsung galaxy 8 classic. Even having been with them for almost 2 years. I regret going to this sim newtwork. Would never recommend it to anyone

Recently required some help and advice on changing my phone.
Being a member of the over 70s gang I am not very up on the latest technology!
Declan assisted me and gave invaluable help and guidance over what I thought was complicated.
He sorted issues out for me and gave reassurance.
Ended up with a new Galaxy phone that is within my comprehension to use!
Overall Declan is a valuable member of staff with excellent people skills, a credit to Three.
Would also like to thank Alex who also helped with one of my queries.

Lydia at the Canterbury branch was so helpful and went out of her way to assist me in finding the right phone without any pressure.
The missing star is for how long we had to wait to be seen as there were only two members of staff on shift. It was however, overall a very positive experience.

Went into 3 to renew my contract after a few years and spoke to Jon there. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through everything. I feel pretty clueless about data and phone contracts so he was very patient and insightful. Made it all very easy thankfully.

I wanted a new SIM-only contract to replace my old one with Vodafone which had only allowed me 2GB of data per month. I now have 100GB for roughly the same cost. The manager in the Three shop in Canterbury was friendly, informative and efficient, and the transfer to Three was very smooth.

The dreaded time came to ditch the old faithful phone and get a new one. Also needed to sort out my 3 dongle which was hit and miss with a connection. So went to Vodafone where the contract for the phone was and then 3 where the contract for the dongle was. I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop by a lovely young lady who took me to Declan. We discussed the dongle issues. He immediately installed complete confidence. We discussed my Vodafone contract and luckily I was still in the cooling off period. I would say that I've been an avid Vodafone business customer for longer than I can remember. So here's the thing, Declan said let's join together the phone and the wifi with one simple payment, half the cost of Vodafone. I agreed and he made the whole process stress free. I've never had this experience in a mobile phone shop before. I simply cannot thank Declan enough. He is a massive credit to the company. Thank you Declan. I am now a very happy 3 customer 🙏
