Easy and very helpful
I always dread changing my phone but Jorj made it so easy and clear. He asked me what price range I was looking for so I didnt feel I was being encouraged to spend more than I was comfortable with. He sorted moving all my data and generally setting my new phone up. He was clear and confident and didnt make me feel patronized at any time. I have used the 3store in Canon Street before and have always had a really positive experience. Thank you, guys

10/10 customer service - fast and helpful!
Had such a great experience getting a SIM card here. Khai was very understanding of my situation and explained what steps I had to take to make sure I wasn't double-charged on accident. He set up my account and SIM so incredibly quickly and got me out of a pickle. I could tell the other staff are friendly and so swift to step in to help as well, so overall the staff is beyond helpful. Would definitely recommend popping by the store for anything Three-related you might need.
