I had a problem with my current SIM…
I had a problem with my current SIM card from another provider, and unfortunately, despite trying to resolve it, my phone had not been working properly for several days. Following a recommendation, I decided to visit the Three store in Cambridge Grand Arcade — and I’m so glad I did !
From the very first moment, I was extremely impressed with the service. I was assisted by Michal, who was friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen carefully to my problem, understood exactly what was happening and managed to sort everything out for me. He also gave me some very useful information and advice.
The whole experience was excellent, and Michal’s professional and helpful approach made such a positive impression on me that I decided I would be happy to become a Three customer.
My current contract with my existing provider is coming to an end soon, and after speaking with Michal, I will definitely be choosing Three — not only for my mobile SIM, but also for my home internet.
Thank you, Michal, for your excellent customer service and for making what had been a very frustrating situation so easy and stress-free! You are a real credit to Three. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New wifi and a sim
Went into Three today and Rahat helped me sort out my Wi-Fi and get a new SIM. They were really friendly, honest and helpful, and made everything so easy for me. Really happy with the service and definitely appreciate all their help. Thank you Rahat!
