I visited Three Mobile in Bridlington and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly with detailed information. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure I understood all the options. Excellent customer service!

Went in to the shop in Bridlington…
Went in to the shop in Bridlington today because my husband had a problem with his phone which was easily sorted. I was looking at phones for myself Lauren approached me and asked if she could help. Well I left the shop with a new phone and a tablet. She was exceptionally helpful and extremely professional setting up both devices for me (I am elderly so not that savvy with technology) so all in all our visit was really good,my husband and I left very happy.

Both Jo & Lauren VERY helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you. Jo helped us transfer data to new phones & Lauren helped us with a mobile wifi broadband hub thing for security on an empty property. We live elsewhere but visit regularly due to family & some of the staff in our local store are not very helpful.

Fantastic service
Naomi was great at explaining the best contract for me and my husband. She was very friendly and patient throughout answering any questions or concerns. I had to return to resolve a few problems with set up and Lauren helped me to resolve and to explain any further instructions I need to do. Again very patient and friendly. Thankyou girls for such a great service and two lovely smiles❤️
