Exceptionally good service from an assistant called Rob. Most helpful and friendly service I have ever received. Would rate higher if I could.

I went into the three store basildon town centre where I was greeted nicely by a lady member of staff and once I gave a brief explanation of my reason for going into the store the lady was extremely helpful very clear and precise and I went away a very happy customer.
The lady who served me is a credit to your company

Made a phone call to the branch yesterday. Emma was incredibly helpful and instantly understood our problem. Called into the Basildon branch today and was made very welcome and got our account problems dealt with without any fuss. Excellent service!
