very helpful staff, didn’t purchase anything but definitely will return when needed. shop floor was tidy and neat. their customer service was great, they helped me as soon as they could.

Hi I have visited the Ayr high street 3 shop this afternoon with an enquiry and as always the staff are very helpful with explanations and digital advice. Every day is a learning day with Greig and Jamielee. Greg has a great sense of humour and brightens up the digital dilemmas for me.

I went into the three shop looking for an upgrade not knowing what I wanted.. Jamielee was very helpful and got me a great package and phone. 😊

Fantastic store wouldn't go anywhere else
Really attentive and knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all my questions and help me get set up. The girl that served me Linsay was great with me and another older lady who was in the store and really went that extra mile. Excellent customer service and will recommend the Ayr store to friends and family.

Has to be the worst store I’ve ever…
Has to be the worst store I’ve ever tried to get through to I’ve rang and rang and rang since Tuesday today is now Saturday no one is manning the phone no one to answer the phone 5 days trying to contact this place as I live a good track away no emails regarding an order for a new phone that I placed no way of contacting anyone in regards to where my order is and no one to answer a phone really wish I didn’t use three apsolutly ridiculous I can phone up the EE shop and get an answer stright away, check your staff there clearly slacking or just to damn ignorant to answer a phone call l, I walked into the shop today after making the track over my phone was delivered on Wednesday to the shop no email to update me and when I walked into the shop three staff members were sat down having a great owl chin wag with each other not one customer in sight and I rang the phone at the door and no one and I mean not one of them got up to answer it only decided to jump up when we walked into the shop I’m not one to complain but my god 5 days trying to get an answer an hour and half of a bus ride to see the staff members sat all cosey having a chat rather then answering there store phone which I’m sure is in the job description

We understand how frustrating it is when you can't reach a member of staff and have no updates on your order status, especially when you live far from the shop. Usually the store can't give updates on order status unless it's an order that has been delivered there. Both members of staff I spoke to were very helpful. I'm not technically experienced but they both explained things well. They were Stephen and Rachel.
