Last minute resort needing immediate internet due to children’s disabilities and the store and workers helped me and got me everything I needed straight away very impressed and helpful.

FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE
Without exception, all 3 of the staff at the shop on the day I visited were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For some reason it was not a normal, straightforward process to set up my new iPhone but they persevered, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills (and humour) giving me frequent updates on the process and time remaining. I could never had done this on my own. Thank you.

Last week my wife order a iphone17…

Last week my wife order a iphone17 (512gb purple color) in london branch, the sales person name is DANA, she said that we can't pick-up the iphone17 to the store because of a bullshit reason, then we agree to be deliver(Tuesday) , Tuesday came we didn't receive, because no one at home, both me and my wife have work from 7am to 5pm, DPD didn't call us, no notes, nothing, we call the three+ customer service, and the guy name shuresh said we CAN PICK-UP the iphone17 to the store, so we don't know who's stupid the salesperson or the customer service, next day DPD no email or call whatsoever, again we call the three+ customer service, and guess what? My wife order (PURPLE) changed into (BLUE) bcoz of bullshit reason again, three+ system hired low quality staff,.. and guess what we change our internet provider, poor service, low quality of service, don't choose three+, NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

So friendly. Amazing service

The team were amazing and really know what they are doing. (I don't have a clue). Very friendly. Helped with a new SIM card and went through step by step.
Couldn't ask for a better team to help me.
