Avinder was absolutely lovely... She was so friendly / communicated so clearly over the phone just now... She really went above and beyond to book me in for some upcoming shifts / checked all of the offered rates for me!😆👏🏼

My call was answered promptly and I was booked for shift that I had seen on the Quick Nurse App.

Rang to enquire about a new package but unfortunately there wasn't any confirmed shifts yet. However got a call seconds after and informed there are shifts for a package I'm currently working on and got booked. Mikida was amazing, very easy to talk to and felt at ease compared to other interactions I have had with others this was a great experience. Felt listened to and valued. After 6 months of dealing with the recruitment process, it shows I’m still not compliant to work. Poor communication via email .Every time I called they said they would speak to senior member and get back to me and never did or, said different things. After six months they still asking for outstanding documents which I already sent at the beginning of joining them, including references from my permanent job which was the first thing was done and ID sent with proof of postage.I do not recommend this agency at all as recruitment process is very confusing and long. When I told them I want to withdraw the application this morning they didn’t even take time to look into it, they just said :“ok I will do it for you”. I am with other agencies and never went through this frustration.

I got anwered promptly and the member of staff was so polite and explained things so I got a better understanding of what I wanted
She even went an extra mile to help with anything if I wanted something else

I had called to update my address since I picked shifts away from home and she explained how it works like TNS does not help towards accomodation since its a bank holiday something I didnt know
She explained fully to my satisfaction
