Outstanding Upgrade Experience
I upgraded my thermal monocular Telos LRF XP50 to LRF XL50. The process was seamless. I was kept informed as the status/process at all times and the upgrade was completed in a very timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending the upgrade.

I had a problem with my thermal spotter. They fixed it and even updated the software for me before sending it back. Prompt service and fully informed during the process. I can’t praise them enough, especially in this day and age.

Over the years I have had two faulty products, and on each occasion Thomas Jacks has solved the problem with speed and also told me what is happening.
They treat customers with respect and don’t just see service problems as a hassle… They fully embrace sorting out the problem .
Another small but very important point is that although they are the distributor of the the products they don’t take the easy option of referring you back to the retail shop where you bought it, but instead take ownership of the problem.

I have to say honestly, I have never received this level of customer service ever in my life from any other company. The communication was spot on from the first point of call to the completion of the service.
Everything was explained thoroughly and to top the experience off, I have received my products back after repairs were carried out AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE!!!!! I had no reason to expect this guys but I can tell you I will be coming to you for any Products I need. You can't pay for this level of service as this is pure passion for what you do.

I damaged the rubber eyecups on my Helion and struggled to repair them, I sent the Helion to Thomas Jacks. The team kept me informed throughout the process, The tech team did a great job, far and beyond just replacing the eyecups.

Outstanding service
I just sent an out-of-warranty Solar Spypoint Trail Camera in for a replacement lens - my fault entirely that it was broken. At the same time I asked the team to do a general inspection as there were other issues. After no more than a week after they received it, the lens was replaced, as was the defunct internal battery all at no cost as a gesture of goodwill. Outstanding!! Proper, good old-fashioned, British service. A shout-out to the people I dealt with: Paul French, Oscar and Jo. Thank you so much.

I sent them a repair
I sent them a repair. They ordered parts from a supplier, which they then quality-checked but were dissatisfied with so asked for a new part. The repair was a little delayed and therefore, they waived all of their charges. This is a perfect example of what British business should be - put the customer first to win loyalty. Anything in the optics world I need in the future will go through them.
