Friendly staff, good range of equipment, never too busy in the mornings and always a pleasant experience.

Love Third Space, I've been a member for near a decade. They have a high standard of teachers and classes, and the facilities and staff are all wonderful.

I’ve been a member at third space for nearly 3 years now. It’s a fantastic gym, with a wide and excellent range of classes. From boxing to HYROX to swimming to reformer Pilates and way more, there is something for everyone. The facilities are beautiful, especially the spa areas, and it’s somewhere I look forward to going every time I go. Highly recommend!

The instructor was really lovely. On point and extremely meticulously organised. The vibe was perfect balance of chill and serious training. Post training nibbles and drinks were superb! Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The HYROX social was such a great workout class. Leo is a fantastic instructor!!!

The session was dynamic, energetic and well thought through from start to finish

I’ve experienced hyrox 90 for the first time a few days ago and I’ll definitely do it again !! Great atmosphere, Leo is super helpful with good advices and also super encouraging ! Plus the good cakes and cookies, Prosecco at the end, I really enjoyed !

It was a wonderful workout plus social event. The trainer - Leo was super sweet and helpful. The programme was well-designed. After the workout, we had cakes and drinks.

This has been the worst gym experience I’ve had in London, especially at this price point.

For months there have been hygiene issues, including persistent strong body odour in the training areas. That alone is unacceptable for a club charging around £250 per month.

The final incident happened during my last visit on Friday, when I found actual human shit left in the shower area. I have photographic evidence. That was the breaking point. No one paying this kind of money should ever encounter something like that.

What makes it worse is how cancellation has been handled. I requested to terminate my membership immediately, yet emails go unanswered and there is no urgency shown despite the seriousness of the issue. For a “premium” brand, the response has been as poor as the hygiene.

I have trained at Equinox as well, at a similar price point, and the difference in cleanliness, environment and overall quality is significant. If you are considering spending this amount in London, you are far better off going there.

After what I experienced, I will not be returning

Great gym. Great place to hangout. dynamic vibe. friendly staff. yes it is expensive but just think of all the money you save by not wasting in a pub/bar.

Alahna is the best! She always put a lot of effort curating her playlists and organising socials to cultivate a beautiful community of likeminded fitness enthusiasts.

It was good but the class is a bit too serious, as a social you’d expect more of a vibe / pop music. Also it was advertised a free shake / social and I travelled to a different gym for this only to be told there wasn’t a shake.

If you don’t do Third Space classes you’re a third class citizen. They kick you out of entire areas of the gym (functional zones) because they’re running a class in that space

Fitness should be inclusive to everyone regardless of how they approach their fitness; classes or solo.

It’s becoming increasingly about fitness bros and hunnies - and less about a high end place to exercise. Fast becoming an over priced GymBox.

Third space tower bridge is by far my favourite gym in London. The selection of classes and the changing room/ spa facilities are second to none!

If you’re looking for a great health club, then Third Space Tower Bridge would be ideal to join - fantastic facilities and amazing instructors for an array of classes throughout the week. Worth noting welcoming staff and immaculate changing rooms and spa area.

Third Space Tower Bridge is an outstanding gym. The team there are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I’ve been a member for many years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is great, the staff genuinely care, and it’s a pleasure to train there every time. Highly recommend.

Third Space offers an excellent variety of classes that never feel repetitive. The trainers do a great job keeping things fresh by regularly introducing new exercises and formats, which keeps every session challenging and fun. Shoutout to Leo’s Challenge Saturdays for working me that bit harder!

I love this club! Great facilities, great classes, and fantastic instructors. I'm more than three years in now and I’m so happy I joined. I feel supported, included and consistently inspired here. I can’t recommend it enough!

Special mention to Leo, whose energy and friendliness really stand out. Particular highlights are the socials she organises, which create a genuine sense of community, and her monthly SweatX tests, which are such a fun and motivating way to track progression!
