Boots I should of ordered from China directly
I bought from this company bc the are in the USA. I paid more for the boots I wanted instead of paying less and ordering from China myself. Once they finally arrive the shipping label under the one from them shows where it came from China, was shipped to this "company" and then shipped to me. If you want American made don't order from here, save money and order from China directly. What a waste of time and money.
Regardless of what the company replies, if you have no issues buying products from China order from them directly because it is cheaper.

At no point have we ever stated that the products that we sell on our website are made in America. We ship from US-based warehouses. The majority of the products are just as the majority of the products that we have in our households: made in China, including the phone, computer, laptop, or tablet used to post this review. All orders are delivered within the guaranteed delivery timeframe as stated in our shipping policy on our website. Where an item is manufactured/created is not the same as where an order ships from. Where an item ships from is not an indication of where it was manufactured/created. You can send an email with your order number in the subject line with concerns about the items that you received. You can also refer to our return policy on our website if you are unsatisfied with your order.

I received the jacket and it isn’t what I ordered. I need a refund ASAP. I’m clearly not happy or satisfied. Yes, I see the refund Policy and it says exchange only. If I received the jacket and it isn't what you displayed with your false advertisement, then why would I want to exchange? I want my full refund of my money back.

Our emails are automated. You may receive an email asking you to review the item that you received. If you have not received your order, then you do not have to respond to the email requesting a review until your order is received. The email is sent out once a month on the same date to all customers who have placed an order. I was obviously scammed. I purchased shoes and an empty envelope was shipped to my house instead. I hate this happened as I was interested in this company.

You were not scammed. You were not sent an empty package from our store. We process orders everyday and we have not had a customer state that they have received an empty package. Our supplier/warehouse has never shipped an empty package. What you need to do is contact your local post office where your package was delivered to you from to find out what happened to your package while it was being delivered to you. We are not the shipping company, we have nothing to do with thiefs from the shipping company. What you experienced is not the experience that our customers have. Sorry that you didn't have a better experience. You have been shipped another pair as a courtesy because these are really beautiful shoe boots. And you were refunded via Facebook. Your review is not a true reflection of our products or our service. Have a good day.

You received free standard shipping and your package arrived within the time frame after a package is shipped that we guarantee you will receive your order. Your order was placed on October 11, 2021, at 7:52 pm from Facebook, processed same day and shipped within the 7 to 10 business days that an order needs to process for items that are made-to-order such as your order on October 18th. You received your item on November 6th. Sunday's and holiday's are not business days. Not sure how much time is considered to be forever, however, we did what we said our store would do and we did it in less time than expected. Have a good day.
