I contacted The Watch Village to enquire about them advertising and selling my Omega Seamaster on my behalf. We discussed a commission based sale and their fees on all sale platforms and once agreed a contract was written up. They kept my watch safe (they offered for me to keep it with me also) and within days very professional photos were taken and it was being advertised on the popular Watch platforms.
Throughout the process I was kept up to date with all interest and once sold and money cleared I was transferred my money immediately. I would not hesitate to ask them to sell another Watch of mine.

A word of caution: this company is unclear on how offer and acceptance works. After enquiring about a watch, I was told that another customer had arranged to view it at the end of the week, but that if the watch was not sold, they would come back to me. I had no problem with this. I contacted The Watch Village a week later to check if the watch was still available, which it apparently was. After negotiation, The Watch Village made me an offer to buy the watch that I accepted. Afterwards, I received an email telling me that the customer who had initially planned to view the watch had to reschedule and would still be coming to view it. If the customer did not buy the watch, they would come back to me. I'm afraid this is simply not how business is done. The offer was already accepted; for all intents and purposes, the watch was sold. I've already wasted two weeks and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Easy to navigate website with good selection of watches on hand. The price is reasonable for the quality and condition of the watch. The delivery was quick and I did not have to face any delays. Will deffo shop from here again.

Just took delivery of my second watch from TWV, a 2015 Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. The watch is in 'as new' condition and I am delighted. I can report that the service from TWV is nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Jen travelled to meet me to deliver the watch personally and was as friendly, professional and helpful as ever. I will definitely be back when the time comes to get that 3rd watch...

It was recently a "significant" birthday for me and I wanted to mark it with a special watch. I had always wanted an Omega Seamaster but still could not afford a new one.
