Delivery was fast and efficient the watch itself its great only reason I'm giving 4 instead of five is the price as soon as I'd paid I checked Amazon and saw the exact same one for £30 cheaper my own fault for not checking sooner . Tried to cancel but couldn't find an option bit gutted as I always found watch cabin to be cheaper but this time not. Note to myself always check never trust past history

Please note that the watch you purchased comes with a 5 year warranty, rather than the standard 2 year warranty.

Excellent service from start to finish, ordered product after reading reviews, quickly dispatched, very well packaged. Follow up from customer service prompt and efficient.

Not happy with packaging
The product itself is fine, however brought this as a Christmas present and had I had it gift wrapped. Opened it this morning just to double check it and the box is tatty and scratched. It looks like a fake due to the packaging I’m not sure if it is genuine! However as it’s too late now will try and color in some of the tatty areas of the box

Please, can you get in contact and we'll send you a brand new replacement box.
The only certain method of determining whether a watch is genuine or not, is to use a professional authentication company who specialise in verifying branded goods.
We have the movement and hall markings inspected by these companys and they are able to conclude whether the watch is authentic.
