I'm satisfied with the service that I've received from Viral Vamp. I would like to say that I appreciate Griffin's response to our questions in the weekly group session.

It has been great working with VV Sourcing learning the importance of going directly to brands to improve your business as an Amazon seller. Being able to have direct access to Griffin whom helps with any question you have through out the process. Especially when there are companies out there that try to scam Amazon sellers with fake websites having there guidance can save you thousands. As well as guidance on finding a good brand that will help you long term and grow your business is so valuable. Having weekly calls that help you stay accountable to make sure you are successful will also help you stay consistent with this new way of selling on Amazon for the future.

After 30 years of running a retail store we gradually switched and are now selling fully online. After sourcing products arbitrage for years we have seen a drastic shift in the requirements for selling in online marketplaces. VV Sourcing's wholesale brand direct program has helped us to grow our business. They are always available to answer any questions we have and the resources they provide are a great asset.

I am glad that I made my decision to work with VV Sourcing. They offer one of the best Brand Direct training courses for Amazon sellers. They teach you exactly what you need to succeed quickly through their curriculum and weekly live calls. They respond to you in timely manner whenever you have a question. Brand Direct is the future of selling on Amazon. When you work with brands directly, you get low-cost prices for your inventory and you become authorized seller for that brand, therefore eliminating the headaches of IP issues and price tanking.

My Experience Was Completely Different – Wish I’d Known to Proceed with More Caution

I decided to go with Viral Vamp back in 2024 after reading all those positive reviews on here and elsewhere. So many people talked about great communication, steady progress, and how it was worth the patience for eventual profits. It sounded legit and hands-off, exactly what I was looking for, so I paid around $25,000 for their Amazon store management service and put in another $12,000 or so for inventory.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Almost a year later, most of that inventory is still sitting unsold. The few items that have moved often sold at a loss of about $5 each after all the fees, and I’ve got over 800 units stuck in Amazon warehouses racking up monthly storage charges that just keep adding to my losses.

When things started going wrong, communication dropped off—questions about why sales were so slow, how to fix inventory issues, or even basic timelines went unanswered for long stretches. It made it impossible to do anything about it early on.

Because of the ongoing financial hit and no real resolution, I’ve filed complaints with the FDACS, FTC, Florida AG, California AG , California department of financial protection and Innovation. Also sent a formal demand letter (which got ignored), and now I’m working with a lawyer on next steps.

I’m not saying no one has had success—I see the good reviews—but mine turned out totally different, and I made my decision based heavily on those positives. That’s why I’m sharing this: please proceed with extreme caution. Get everything in writing, really dig into the risks with inventory and storage fees, and maybe talk to people off the review sites. I really wish I’d done more of that myself.

Shortly after starting my ecommerce business on Amazon, I realized the future was with Brand Direct, and the thought of reaching out to brands was overwhelming. I came across Viral Vamp online and had my initial concerns about getting help with my Amazon business since there are so many people promising financial freedom.

I viewed an online presentation which was followed up with a 1 on 1 call with Brady to answer the questions I had. They guaranteed that they would find me a brand to work direct with and I would no longer have to worry about the typical issues the arbitrage sellers have to deal with (IP, hard-gating etc). The guarantee sounded solid and the price was reasonable so I moved forward in early September. The same day I had an onboarding call with Andre who would set up the website and start the brand sourcing for me. The website they built for me and logo they created are top notch. I couldn't be happier with it as it is very professional looking and adds credibility to my new business when brands do their research on me.

By early November, Andre gave me the great news that they found 2 brands that want to work with my business. By the middle of November I made my first purchase of approximately $40,000 with the more profitable of the 2. The product has just arrived at the warehouse to be prepped to go to Amazon.

I have had no issues at all working with the staff at Viral Vamp. As a matter of fact, they are incredibly accessible and I have the option to attend group calls with Griffin where, as a group we discuss challenges we have reaching out to brands and the different approaches we can take to secure them on our own. I often text Griffin with questions and he responds quickly day or night. Andre reached out to me every other week when they were on the brand hunt for me just to let me know of the progress they have made.

I will be investing with them again soon to secure additional brands in addition to the ones I will be securing on my own.

I can't thank everyone at Viral Vamp enough for helping me. They have put me on the path to turn this side hustle into my main source of income and give me the freedom I have been dreaming of.

I’ve been with Viral Vamp for about a year and a half after investing $30,000 for them to start and operate a “Fulfilled by Amazon” store for me. The journey has definitely been a roller coaster — things started off slow, and there were a few bumps along the way. That said, my experience has been positive overall.

Viral Vamp is absolutely a legitimate company. They’ve delivered on their promise, and my store is now generating very good income. It required patience and trust in the process, but the results have been worth it.

If you’re considering working with them, know that it’s not an overnight success story — but with time, it can become a profitable one.

I found the setup process clearly defined, and realistic timelines set.

The account managers Whitney and Rimma have been great! They have been very professional and responsive to my many questions as we maneuvered through the first cycle of inventory ordering, shipment and ultimately to our Amazon store going live.

The timeliness and great communication with the account team has been very much appreciated!

Overall I am very satisfied with the stores team, management and oversight. Any business venture has risk of course, but partnering with Viral Vamp and having the advantage of thier knowledge, expertise and professionalism definitely is a recipe for success as well as business risk mitigation.

The first sales notifications did not take long to come in! The store performance is on track and doing well.

Viral Vamp was everything they said it would be. I am growing my Amazon business steadily and am very happy with the support and communication every step of the way. Sales grow continuously.

Onboarding was a breeze. They said it would take 12 weeks, but only took 8 weeks. Highly recommend starting a partnership with Viral Vamp.

The onboarding process was painless. Took about a month or so I think to get up and rolling and live selling products. Communication with has never been an issue. When I have questions I have always gotten answers and they update me regularly with things I haven’t even thought of. The products I’ve been selling have been selling like crazy the past few weeks and I seem to be set up nicely to get my investment back. All in all, I’ve got no complaints.

As they promised, it takes a while for the store to gain momentum. There have been a couple of good products, but they are few and far between.
Currently, I don't agree with how they're calculating commissions. I haven't had much support getting to the bottom of the issue. The overall value isn't meaningful, but I would appreciate some transparency.

Second, the only time I had any success was right around the time the guy who sold me on it asked for a review. Then a wrote a review, and year later, nothing. Not a single new product.

Inventory management has been a pain point. From my perspective, it looks like they wait until a product is 99% sold out to order more. I even tried to calculate when more should be ordered and requested that they do, but no success either time.

The account managers I've worked with have been responsive, but it doesn't seem like they have much actual authority. The 3 times I've dealt with upper management have all been related to reviews. I'll keep leaving honest reviews. If you want a better review, do a better job.

The setup process was very easy and went as explained. I was hesitant at first after reading other online reviews about companies that do this work, but this is legit. Communication is always very quick and they answer any questions you may have along the process. Product sales were slow to begin with, but have steadily been ramping up. Same with the profit margins. I’m going on month 5 now with my store in operation and things are running very smooth. Overall I would highly recommend. They make it clear from the start that it’s not a get rich quick scheme. It takes time and patience, but in the long run it’s worth it. I’m very happy I chose Viral Vamp. If you’re on the fence about buying into this type of business based on negative reviews you’ve read online, just know you won’t have that experience with the Viral Vamp team.

It’s definitely taking longer than expected to get things going with Viral Vamp. Communication could be faster, and the process feels slow so far. That said, we’re staying patient to see if the results are worth it once the product starts moving. If the sales come through, we’ll update this review.

What make the experience great is the steady sales volume on Amazon. Although I believe the company still struggles with clear communication and setting expectations. Sales heals all wounds.

I have been with viral vamp for almost a year. It was a bit of a process getting my store going but the company made the process fairly easy to navigate. The holidays were a bit confusing but after talking with brady and Whitney they were able to put things into perspective and we got through it. I have since come to understand the amount of work that goes into making this thing work and it's substantial. Getting a store going with Amazon is a major challenge. Everybody advertises that it’s something to do. Everybody makes big promises. But I have read tons of reports of other companies that ruin your chance at having an Amazon store. If for any reason you don’t comply with something or do what they ask you to do you can be banned forever.I like the fact that these guys are professional and know what they are doing as with any type of an online store. I like the fact that these guys are professional and know what they are doing. As with any type of a online store or working with a company like this, there are going to be glitches and misunderstandings but nothing that has come up that would make me want to change my mind or do something else. I’m already making money and I’m looking forward to a long-term partnership with them.

I have had a good experience so far they are very helpful with everything I have never had anything to do with business but this just makes it easier because they are always there to help you

I have been working with Viral Vamp for just under 12 months now. My store is doing well. We have a great product that sells quickly. We did have an issue around the holidays with sourcing the product from the company. We had a couple of months with no sales due to the company not being able to fulfil an order. Other than this, Viral Vamp has done a great job. In business, sometimes there will be inventory sourcing issues. We have since been able to receive the inventory and it is selling well.

The store is scaling and growing. The next step will be to add another product or two to the store in order to diversify. This way, even if one product is having an inventory sourcing issue, other products can still be selling. If you are thinking about getting an e-commerce store, I would highly recommend Viral Vamp as a partner. Griffin and Whitney are always available when I need them, and they do a great job communicating with me.
