Just extraordinary. Incredibly nourishing. And life changing.
I've just got back from a retreat with Alexander and Mitchell and it is surreal how good and authentic and caring these men are.
I would recommend any man to trust them and give them a chance.

Alexander changed my life at each and every corner.

From the very first session i had a new understanding of fear and built a new frame for a successful relationship with my emotions. We began to find power for addictions and improve my sexual capabilities whilst also gaining deeper insight into my masculine qualities.

One of the things I appreciated most was solving my tension in my body i had been dealing with for years with a morning routine and regularity. The vision board was very useful and one unexpected vision came to flower the very next day!

I was never guided too far out of my comfort zone, it was always just the right balance. Before i knew it i was leading a mens workshop with his guidance and support which i was actually unknowingly really ready for, it was a huge success! We worked on many personal goals as well as what he had planned but it felt like my direction was always prioritized.

Really, Alexander filled me with confidence and questioned any unreasonable beliefs i held that were slowing down my path to success. He made me aware of my worthiness and the safety that surrounded me allowing myself to go further into the unknown which held much greater rewards.

The sessions were always opened and grounded in a very secure way, i felt safer than I’ve ever felt to express myself and talk about things i never thought I’d talk about with anyone.

I ended up finding out about a part of myself through the archetypes that was the cause for all the abuse and tension i was causing myself and had been causing since i was a child. I now have an amazing relationship with this part of myself and know whenever i am acting from that place because it was made so clear to me.

Overall Alexander is a warm and powerful presence that contains so much drive in the most gentle and inviting way. It took me a few sessions to truly see him as the king that he is and recognize all the work he has put into himself. He deserves to be working with the best because of his eye for what’s most important and ability to cut through the bs and save time. I believe i was extremely lucky in the unmasked man ‘Men’s Facilitator Training’ because I received direct training and also the support/experience and reflection from the other men on the same journey who are still a great impact on my life.

For any man considering upgrading his operating system from which he gets to experience life, I recommend Alexander as a warm and enjoyable presents to guide the inner work.

Worked with alex as it felt a good fit....life changing 12 weeks that took me from a confused and sad state to a happy, focused and excited for the future one. I would recommend him highly to any man wanting to have a better understanding of them selves and and build a better you.

Alexander's men's circles are a beautiful, safe space to truly be yourself and connect with other men. I didn't really feel how good they were until I joined another circle when Alexander's weren't running where there was much less connection, fluidity and openness.
I've attended about 10-15 circles and and can say that if you need a space to vulnerably share what's going on in your life right now, or want to connect more with your own masculinity and other men, I highly recommend these circles!!

I have attended The Unmasked Mans Mens Circles on and off for around 3 years now and can honestly say they have helped me to become a better man and member of society.

Alex leads a safe space where Men are able to be vulnerable and share there deepest challenges and life experiences without fear of judgment or insult. I have been able to share things in circle that I would struggle to share with my best friends, and the process of doing that often leaves me feeling like the world has been lifted from my shoulders.

Another regular feeling that comes up is empathy. Each week you sit down with various men from all corners of the world, each on their own journeys through this thing we call life. As I listen to each man share his story, I am constantly reminded that we are all in this together and to have love for my fellow man.

The Unmasked Mans Mens Circles are a place of true healing, growth and community I am extremely happy that it's a part of my life.

Alexander changed my life in and I don’t say that lightly. I was able to cut away the shackles of my past, own my insecurities and get crystal clear on exactly what I want out of life moving forward. I made more progress In the 12 week course than I have in many years of self development up to that point. Alexander is phenomenal at what he does and cannot recommend him and the unmasked man highly enough. The best money I have ever spent on myself.

Alexander held a very powerful space for the men in the group. Anything was welcomed and i love that his approach is to inspire and empower each individual to get stronger in their own sovereignty rather to get dependend on guidance. It's a journey that is very clarifying and empowering for oneself. I loved his approach and his shares from his own journey that inspired and motivated. You'll get lots of tools and guidance to do your own work, but you'll only get what you'll put in as effort as well. Change is not happening without changing.

Alexander is a powerful yet humble man that is doing amazing work for manhood. I highly recommend the experience and him as a facilitator. I could take a lot out of the group and the individual sessions, could close lots of old chapters of mine, transform myself a lot and yet here I am just beginning my journey to new horizons. I do though feel comfortable to walk them and unmasked Man has definitely helped me to connect to that confidence and clarity.

3 years ago I sat in my fist Mens Cirlce in Thailand with Alexander. My life changed. Alexander created a space where I and the other men could be so authentically real with each other that I realised there was a layer to male connection I didn’t even know was possible. Roll on 3 years and I now hold men’s retreats and circles internationally and see Alexander as key mentor and friend in my beautiful journey.
Alexander is real, loving and dedicated to self transformation and the transformation of all. I’ve met many masters and incredible beings on this journey of self realisation, but if I get into a difficult situation Alexander is top of my list to call, and he always there for me. Love you my brother

Over the past two years I've had the pleasure of benefiting from the amazing work that Alexander provides through the Unmasked Man. As a man, finding a community of brothers seeking to understand themselves at the deepest level in order to rise into their sovereign power has been life changing. Alexander's knowledge, experience, and beautifully empathetic facilitation and guidance has helped me tremendously. The programs offered, in terms of helping men to truly become their greatest versions, are like nothing else I've come across online. There's no quick fixes or pushy sales techniques, this is a commitment to real deep life transforming work. It's the real deal. I’m very grateful to have received this training from Alexander and his assistant,Tom and all the men/brothers on the 12 week group program.

I have learnt so much about myself and to really understand and release many shadows and step into my intention for the training of becoming a healthy masculine and a leader of men / men’s circles.

The whole course with regular group work, weekly coaching and workbook/homework, as well as connecting deeper with the men and becoming close friends helped me grow and evolve and give me focus and clarity going forward.

I came across Alexander by accident one day looking for people to interview for my podcast (I see it as meant to be) and I was intrigued by what he coached and taught. I was so interested that I ended up filling out the form for an intro session. As he explained what he did, I was more and more intrigued. By the end, I was like yes yes yes yes. Let’s do this.
As we worked through the weeks I had more and more breakthroughs. I understood why things were happening in my life, how I can start to overcome them, and even had results before the 12 weeks were up. It helped me deepen my intuition and love myself more and more.

One of the biggest things was it helped me uncover my purpose. This is huge as I have never been so clear as I am now.

Alexander is an awesome guy and gives you all the space you need to speak out about your problems and overcome them. He accepts every part of you.

For me to trust a men's coach or a facilitator of men's work, I have to be able to see and feel that the man in front of me who is guiding me is doing the work. I cannot trust a man who has not faced his inner darkness, and I can only open to healing in front of a man who has the battle scars and his heart and vulnerability on open display to prove his worth. Alexander is one such man. He walks the talk and is consistently throwing himself into the fire in order to be of better service to the men out there. He is a true warrior of the heart and I stand proudly with him.

I’ve done several men’s groups with Alex, one in Portugal on a retreat and two multi-week sessions via Zoom. After the first in-person group, I realized that this is what was missing in my life. Alex created the perfect space to share and release many of the negative and even shameful thoughts and emotions that I’ve had been carrying with me for years, decades even. Hearing the stories of the other men within the group left me with the feeling that I was not alone in these feelings. I would recommend this to every single person in the world.

Everyone there was there because they wanted to be more, to know more about themselves and it wasn't just at the events, there was always some sort of connection during the days and following weeks.

What an amazing experience it was being part of the weekly men's circle! I was blown away and how deep we went and how much I took away from the experience. Alexander is a powerful facilitator. He is kind, compassionate, and inspiring. I always left energized and ready to tackle my day.

I have been working with Alexander for 2.5 years now and he is an asset to my life. As a coach, he has the right tip on how I can develop myself further. The Men's Circle Facilitator training was amazing. It was very intense and brought me more to myself. I could take off my masks and just be. Unmasked Man seemed strange at first as I've never before opened up to other men. By the end of the 2 hours I sat thinking, why do I not do this...answer - cause guys don't! But my god was it liberating. Of course we're vulnerable and unfinished as human being, of course we have flaws and lose our way sometimes but to see and hear men actually show their true selves makes you wanna say, "Me too".
