This men’s circle has greatly supported my life through the ups and downs. I am very grateful to the unmasked man and very much look forward to each and every meeting.

This work is changing my life for the better. It's changing the world. I've done level 1, 2 and started the facilitator training. Since diving into menswork I've become more regulated, calm and able to show up to my life at my fullest. I've learned to feel my emotions, express my needs connect with my friends, family and community deeply. I finally feel like I'm thriving, not just surviving! Thank you to Alex and his incredible team for putting this together and delivering consistently every time.

I think every man on the planet should do this retreat. I did lvl 1 and it was life changing. I have had some big shifts in the past but never had to tools to sustain the results. Now I feel well equipped to stay in this heightened state and can't wait to take on life. You will never regret doing it.

I did Level 1 in May 2025 and it was a truly unique and life changing experience for me, and the men in the group. I knew a little bit about Men's work beforehand but Alexander has created a fun, safe and transformative program - a movement - that allows men to come together, connect and heal. Beautiful and inspiring.

Attending Alexander's retreat is highly recommended for men seeking personal growth. The team provides tools, not miracles, for self-improvement. The overall experience, including workshops and the Dorset countryside setting, is meticulously planned and highly rewarding. Participants leave feeling proud and accomplished, with a fresh perspective on life and the kitchen kings didn't disappoint. Food was amazing!! Also they looked after me so well with my health condition. Felt so held.

Participating in both Level 1 and Level 2 of The Unmasked Man has been a transformative journey that profoundly impacted my life. Before attending, I was on a downward spiral, feeling disconnected with myself, overwhelmed with life and depressed. These retreats provided help and knowledge to change my life around.

Through breathwork, and open sharing, I began to peel back the layers of conditioning that had kept me stuck. The safe and supportive environment allowed me to express vulnerability without judgment, fostering deep connections with fellow participants.

The whole experience was breathtaking and I, myself, have come away with a whole new perspective and a feeling of such pride and accomplishment.

From the food provided by the Kitchen Kings, the environment in the Dorset countryside, the facilities, the workshops and of course, the team of facilitator's, this simply does not disappoint. Every single detail is meticulously planned and it shows.

This was a life changing experience. I was quite doubtful when I booked the retreat. Like you want me to open up to these scary men and learn about archetypes?! I gave it a shot and it was worth it thousands times. Although everything was an invitation, the gentle push gave me the strength to address things that have been hidden inside me for many years, things I thought were sorted. Alexander's ability to listen and to gently push you to open your heart again is absolutely incredible. I have never seen and experienced so much compassion and love he and his team have for us men. I couldn't count the amount of hugs and support I got from them. This retreat will give you a safe space to explore yourself but also to dig deep. No judgement, just love and support. So whatever it is you're battling, they've got you.

I really can’t begin to articulate the profound and life changing transformation that I’ve gone through this weekend. Alexander and his amazing team have helped my find parts of me long forgotten and utterly lost and rekindled the fire inside of me . It’s not an overstatement to say this boy to king retreat has saved me from a life that at best would have continued unhappily and unfulfilled, and at worst just ebbed away . Thank you so much from me and my family.

The Unmasked Man is a transformational retreat for men of any age. Helping to clear the baggage and blockages which stop us from being the best we can. This is an investment in yourself that has the power to change your life and start you on a new road, a better road. You will go places you have never been before, meet other men from all backgrounds and make meaningful connections. From the heart, the Unmasked Man can unlock the power, humility, integrity and accountability within. I can't recommend it enough.

Having now been on level 1 in February and level 2 in September of this year I can not recommend the unmasked man enough. Alexander and the other facilitators are so committed and experienced to creating the whole experience to feel totally personal yet all done in a group setting. Both the retreats had amazing food, processes and connections to many beautiful men. The retreat centre is stunning and very well equipped and the food supplied is amble and considerate. Communication throughout was second to none and the aftercare and community afterwards is great.
I really can’t recommend the team, the experience and the benefits of these retreats enough.

I undertook the 12 week Unmasked Man coaching programme this year and have been completely blown away by the changes I have seen in my life as a result. Alexander is a brilliant coach, and challenged me and kept me accountable, but always with kindness and love. Through completing the programme I have developed my self belief and learnt how to love myself, been able to set boundaries more easily, become more honest and disciplined with myself, and allowed myself to feel a greater range of emotions than I would have before. This has lead to clearer communication with the people I love, and better relationships as a result. I cannot recommend the programme and Alexander enough. Throughout the programme he lifted me up and provided me with non-judgemental support, whilst asking the right questions every week that allowed me to develop the right parts at the right time.

Such an incredible experience. I went into the level 1 retreat in Dorset with extremely high expectations and the 4 days exceeded it. Alexander, Mitch, Kieran and the team have designed everything meticulously and it flows so well. I learned across the 4 days what my challenges were and my mental health has drastically improved since then.

They teach that it’s really important for men to be ‘seen and heard’ and that I don’t need to fear men. They designed fantastically engaging exercises to promote this, where at the end of the 4 days, I felt transformed.

They’re really not just in it for the money. They care about making a genuine impact. I remember asking Alexander why he does what he does and he said with passion “I really don’t want to see men suffer” - well, over the last 37 years I have suffered immensely but now I know what my issues are and I’m on my progress path which has been turbocharged by Unmasked Man.

I’m excited to continue this journey with them on to level 2, 3 and beyond!

Being a part of this men's circle has been a heart opening experience. The support and guidance from the team have been nothing short of transformative.

Each one of them is a champion amongst men, embodying kindness, strength, and bravery. I felt safe, seen and supported within this space and sanctuary to explore my childhood trauma wounds and strive to become a better man.The teachings and exercises have enabled me to honour and nurture my healthy masculine energy, creating space for the women in my life to fully embody their divine feminine. This newfound awareness and the ability to express it have been incredibly empowering.

Thank you for holding space for us, guiding us with such wisdom, and showing us the power of brotherhood. I see each of you with love and gratitude. This journey has been a true turning point in my life, and I am deeply appreciative of the strength and support provided by this circle. If anyone is reading this and feeling unsure I can only say trust in the universe. you are loved and this experience will change your life and make you a more loving and compassionate man firstly to yourself and then to others!

I have been on a conscious journey of self discovery and healing for approximately 10 years and this has been one of the most powerful experiences I have had, and I daresay the most practical. The unmasked man has condensed down the fundamentals of the "road maps of life" into an extremely potent formula that I have been able to walk away and use. The space that was held by Alexander and his team, the knowledge that was imparted, the wisdom that was shared, the love that was felt and the connections that were made have all seriously blown me away. I am in awe, truly. This course has given me what I have been looking for with regards to uncovering my purpose, finding connection with myself and others and understanding the mechanisms of my own being. Alexander and crew; I love you, thank you. And see you again.

I cannot recommend this highly enough!! The facilitation is impeccable. The ability of this team to create and hold spaces in which men can be comfortable to let down their guard, connect, express, and bond is unreal. Whether you want to believe it or not, this work, specifically with The Unmasked Man, is what men need.

The process is embodied/somatic and intellectual and caters to our holistic experience. Working with the Jungian-based archetypes, you have an opportunity to explore how these show up in your life. To identify, address and move through any unhealthy behaviours or patterns.

Be brave, have compassion for yourself and surrender to the process. You will have a life-changing experience.
