I would avoid sunvegas. I have played and deposited on all the major UK sites and all have been great. My experience with sunvegas has not been the same.

Created an account, deposited money and within 5 minutes of playing my account was locked and hae been unable to resolve. I have sent multiple emails and it has been days with no response.

I would avoid the sunvegas.

I am now going to have to put a chargeback through my bank.

Has anyone else noticed that wins are like gone down since registration 😕 🤔 1st when I register 1 year ago I had win after win now 0 and that it let's me win up to round up last money so its exactly enough for last bet don't think that's random

Absolute scam of a company happy to take money quickly but when a hefty withdrawal is made they delay it for as long as possible. Customer service is terrible just a load of people reading off a script no proper communication

Signed up deposited around £300 and more than doubled it. Now have been asked for all the ID documents (understandable) - which I’ve provided but have been kept me waiting for nearly a week to be fully verified - how long does it take to look at a few documents? It should take a few minutes / not days & weeks. Obviously making it as hard as possible to withdraw what I’ve won. 😤

I signed up with a 110 free spins offer when you deposit £5. I followed the exact link, made my deposit and wasn’t credited any free spins. I spoke to someone on live chat that said their system detected a different sign up method and that I will just have to deposit more money and find a different promotion, but I can’t have the 110 free spins that I signed up for. Would not recommend I’ve tested this site on a few games as seen post below. We all know playing games are random and bonus etc are random. I hit a few bonus and as post day below you normally most of times get good back from bonus games sometimes don’t always well I made sure to get the bonus games in a few games a good few times. One if you play these games and hit bonus really dont expect to be getting much back 8/10 times I got under £5 this was with £1 bets. The other two times was under £20 now you may say it just luck but the same games on other sites your getting min £50 back. I would say try you luck somewhere else because your not going get much luck on this site. I just deleted as there is much better out there with better odds it’s just not random on these games if don’t believe then go try hit the bonus games and see for yourself

Have to say I'm really shocked and disappointed with Sun Vegas, had a win of over £500 on the starcluster game which for some reason didn't get added to my account, contacted them about the issue sorted was told all complaints take between 1-14 days to resolve, which I find difficult to understand, 14 days is an awfully long time considering it's money you won fair and square, anyway it's 17 days now and still waiting! Constantly having to contact them as to what is going on, only to be told everytime we are looking into it. Apparently money won in the bonus round was not added to my account a couple of times as they refunded me within a few days, the issue I have is the other occasions the wins were so small I didn't even notice at the time and this took place after my larger win went missing, how is that right??? Seems like they are just dragging they're heels on paying out due to a technical fault at they're end, could understand if it was 5,000 or 50,000, its only 500 to then, but to me 500 is a lot of money, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional
What's the point in having a customer services if they have no authority to resolve anything! 21 days and still no resolve!!! Absolutely shocking the worst I've ever experience from any company!!!!!

Usually a good site, but my account has been locked and they are blaming a ‘technical error’ it’s currently been two days and their ‘escalation’ to get it resolved is clearly a rouse to keep me quiet. It’s poor! Once you get in the site it’s usually decent and reliable. Poor from them at the minute.

UPDATE: 5 days after completing my cool off period and receiving an email from higher management that my account had been reopened, and 5 days of being told it was a technical issue that was keeping my account locked, I now have to go through the cool off period once again which I am told follows a technical period that can take several days!!!!!! JOKE!!!!

When first started playing no issues with the site. Then one month I won them the problems started. Got an email saying in their words don’t mean to be nosy but can you verify your account. Thought very strange at the time as recently all done. Anyway did it sent documents all done. Then nothing. Contacted them so many times with no response. Eventually came more excuses we need your correct billing address. In I sent again. Ignored again. Multiple chases. Finally another response we want details of old cards you used. I respond they null and void. Then they want 6 months statements. Basically all a ploy they don’t like it if you win. Avoid at all costs will be some excuse to stop you playing make it hassly for you when not in their interests. I am going to report them to licensing for gambling just to make they think how they treat customers. They hope you go away. Sneaky and caused me so many wasted emails.

Do not play the roulette it is rigged! You can clearly see the ball is controlled by a magnet. When you bet small you will most likely win when you bet £250 plus it’s a loss everytime for it to hit the zero section 17 times in a row that’s not random!

Rubish !!! Avoid at all cost and read reviews before making an account with this Thiefs ! First month i had small winnings and after that 2 months without any winnings and down 5k !!! AWFUL bonuses and WORST costumer service !

DO NOT BET on this site. I spent over 2k today and I'm lucky if I had 10 bonus' from it, with no win over 60 pounds. Seriously. They will take your deposits all day long and the games simply do not pay out. They're running some kind of scam on this website.
