Pathetic Service, I Place an order through BnQ for double Mattress and they supposed to deliver it by Aug 5 but failed to do so now its Aug 7 they are not confirming any tracking detail and not informing when they will deliver the mattress. I am sleeping on couch because of their shit service. I don't why BnQ having these kind of supplier

Bought a mattress through Wowcher. The listing stated 7/10 on firmness scale but it was like 3/10 when I received and tried it. I waited over a week to allow the mattress enough time to acclimate too. The springs were absolutely rubbish. I could've rolled the mattress back up by hand!

What's worse is that when I pointed out the issue, I was met with a load of excuses and demands for unnecessary information. I was then told I'd have to pay for the return! This despite the mattress being different to how it was described.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Following a response from the merchant:

A child can literally press the mattress together. It's cheaply and poorly made and this unscrupulous company is using platforms like Wowcher to make it almost impossible, and certainly undesirable, to return an item that clearly does not meet its description.

As if 7/10 is a subjective rating! You can literally walk into any bed retailer and it's the same.

Good prices, lots of choice

Good quality mattress at an affordable price. Advice given over the phone on the product was useful in choosing which one to buy. Customer service department were also helpful regarding a previous purchase through a third party.

I ordered a Mattress through The Range off the sleep people. Was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. It has never arrived. EVRI say it was lost in transit. So I've emailed the range again stating I would like a replacement. They said they would get back to me within 72 hours after speaking to the sleep people. Im still waiting. Over 2 weeks late and still no mattress.

I ordered a Mattress on B&Q website as they had a sale on mattress's. I placed the order in 17th June 2025, it clearly stated that delivery would be 1-2 business days. 9 days later still no Mattress. The best bit is after 8 days of waiting, i informed via email to cancel my order as neither Evri, B&Q or The sleep people could tell me when the mattress was. I have numerous talks with all 3 companies. I am a Single mum with an additional needs child, who had to sleep on a couch whilst waiting for a response to which all is at fault. This then has a Physical and Mental impact on your health. If you are looking for a stress free purchase DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE COMPANIES.

Needed a mattress in a hurry. Mattress arrived sooner than expected, excellent service.

A nice comfy bed , reasonably priced . Easy to order and arrived within a couple of weeks.

We needed a cheap, thin mattress to use under a pressure relief mattress so it was the same depth as the other mattress on a dual king bed. The Westwood Core Ortho Firm 4 Inch Deep Foam Mattress was ideal for the job at a great price. Delivery was free and prompt, too early to comment on longevity but overall happy.

I ordered a mattress topper from this website - it was significantly cheaper than I could find elsewhere for this particular type. The item arrived within the estimated delivery time and is exactly as described. My only quibble would be that after confirming purchase, I didn’t hear anything until the day of delivery so I had begun to wonder if the order was proceeding - communication about shipping could be improved.

updated - ordered via Amazon - passed to Evri who delayed delivery because they said the package was too large & needed a specialist courier with a van.When goods did finally arrive (late) they were delivered by someone in a small car. One of the boxes was opened in transit but doesnt appear to be any damage. To be fair the mattresess look OK but if Evri are the delivery partner approach with caution.

*Thank you for your reply regarding my review and apologies for the mix up about your company, I was misinformed from The Range. Review : I received a Maddox cot bed via The Range and some of it was damaged. We put the cot together and it is useable but I contacted The Range for a partial refund, they contacted The Sleep People who apparently don't give partial refunds Which is a shame. I have decided to keep the cot as we have put it together and it is needed.

2nd purchase was through their business site got %10 off first order, reason I didn’t buy via eBay was that PayPal wouldn’t accept the pay in 3 months

So tried the site and bought straight away confident it would be spot on it for our big Rottweiler who’s getting on in age and he loved the bed and surprisingly light to move but to lie on you’d think it must be a heavy mattress as his 50kg and it’s on 4” thick but it gives him a amazing support and comfort and he is appreciative he was thanking us big time, the other mattress for my niece was 8-9in thick and was large double or king can’t remember but she was over the moon she had no idea it was swopped and she felt the luxury of it it wasn’t cheap rubbish it was great quality and has no lost its brand new felling.

Thank you so much your family business has no corporate penny pinching to allow this type of quality and although it is fantastic getting a deal I hope theirs enough left to give y’all a comfy like your beds lifestyle🙏🕊️👍

Exceptional customer service and delivered promptly, cannot be faulted.

I ordered two single mattresses from The Sleep People via B&Q for next day delivery and they still haven't arrived.

Not much response to emails and the tracking doesn't update.

Avoid this retailer if you actually want a mattress to arrive

Update: they offered me a refund but never really explained what had gone wrong with my package
