Truly 1st Class Service
Genuinely haven’t had as good a customer experience as The Save Point in a long time.
Truly first class and I am a business owner in the customer service industry.
The fact they communicated timely and accurately as well as highlighted things I didn’t even know were wrong with my sons switch was perfect.
The turnaround time I still can’t actually believe that my sons switch was picked up out of my own postbox on Tuesday morning, got to you, was fixed by you and back in my post box by Thursday afternoon 2 days later is simply remarkable.
Thank you so much and I have already and will continue to mention you if anybody needs similar help.

Launch Nintendo Switch back from the dead!
My launch Switch developed some issues, went to a local repair shop and came back non functioning and was told "the CPU has died". I wasn't convinced by this, so sent it off to The Save Point. Once delivered, the faults were diagnosed, the Switch repaired and was back with my the next day. Amazing service and highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic Service!
I've been looking to add a specific Switch game to add to my collection for months (it's no longer in production) and wasn't able to find it in stock anywhere! I came across The Save Point website whilst having another look for this game, and they had it brand new in stock! I received it from them within one working day from my order of it!
Will be using them again!

Amazing service, finally got my 2DSXL top screen fixed after it sitting in a box for a year. Whole job was done in about four or so days including time shipping from me and then shipping it back.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Postage took a lot longer than 24 hours, but that's 100% the Post Office being rubbish. The Save Point got my parts into the post super fast, and even contacted me to ask about alternatives when something wasn't available. Excellent communications, great service, and nice people.
