Great service, John & Lisa both very professional & efficient. The Ribbon's were beautiful just as we ordered them. I was able to forward the information to my friend who also made an order for her mother’s funeral.
I ordered ribbons for a dear relatives funeral and they were perfect.
All my emails were answered promptly and they were delivered on time.
Bought for business. Bought 50m of custom ribbon from website. Was communicating with the team via email a short while later, we confirmed a few things that I had sent incorrectly. Confirmed proof at 14:30, delivery tracking provided shortly after & delivery made 13:00 the next day. Less that 24-hour service. Very impressed & will definitely use again.
I sent an email late night on day one with a bespoke request and I had a reply within 24 hours to say they could produce my request to which I accepted and 2 days later, the ribbon arrived. Used this company a few times over the years and they are wonderful, helpful, quick and friendly. Highly recommended

I ordered some ribbons for my father’s funeral. The order was received and sent. However, we didn’t receive them on our end. Although the Royal Mail says delivered. However once l informed the staff at Ribbon's they reprinted and resent them first class to our address again. We were so pleased with the ribbon’s and they were really nice and went well with our black and gold theme. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Much appreciated.
Fantastic communication from this company. Emailing me to confirm what I needed the ribbon for and so the personalised wording was perfectly placed. The Ribbon was of a very high quality.

We ordered 10m of personalised branded ribbon - we were able to choose width, length, colour (antique gold), font colour (white) and include a company logo as well as detail the personalised placement of the wording!
