Regina was very good. Totally knows what she is doing and she was very understanding. There was no judgement at all just useful management techniques. Worth every penny and thankyou for helping me to overcome my barriers. Would be back again if i need to. Thanks so much 😁

I engaged Regina to help me explore and draw conclusions on a complex life situation, helping me answer a number of fundamental life questions.
She helped me to challenge my thinking, asking many pertinent, direct questions and over the period of a year helped me to systematically draw important conclusions.
She is friendly, listens and reflects exceptionally well. She is not afraid of asking direct questions and steered me to get to the bottom of matters quickly.

I was very fortunate to start talking with Regina three years ago after losing someone very close to me. I knew I needed to talk about this and how it was affecting my life. Regina was very compassionate and a great listener.
As I came to accept what had happened, the conversation turned to "where do I go from here?"
Regina is very skilled in life coaching. I found this absolutely fascinating and has really helped me, allowing me to move forward. It has changed my life.
