Ordered 5 prints. Paid 60.00. They came and 2 look somewhat ok. The other 3 look like I printed them out on my old printer. Colors look nothing like shown. Cheap cheap cheap. They also want a fortune for return shipping and it says they have to be in ori final package which isn’t usable. Lesson learned. Do not buy from places like this with no return help. Waste of money. Do not buy
Just received my print a few days ago. This print is amazing!! Looks so much better than I thought it would. It seriously looks like a hand painted picture. I am getting it framed quickly so I can hang it up so everyone can see how cute it is! ( I got the reindeer with red nose) Can’t wait to buy more!! Great service and timely delivery as well.
I ordered nearly a month ago. Not heard a single thing from. Have reached out via Instagram and FB. No response to messages.
Can't even get a refund.

Sorry for delay in response - we haven’t received anything from you via the “contact us” details on the website and then I was searching for orders nearly a month ago so couldn’t find anything with your name.
I’ve just found an order with your name that was placed 6 working days ago on July 3rd - not nearly a month ago.
As standard we have always operated on a 10 working day turnaround which is stated on every social media platform and the website banner.
However as we are away it does state in bold on the top of every website page that we are actually closed for printing until the end of July.
I have refunded your order of 2 A3 card.
If there’s anything else I can help with then you can contact us via the “contact us” section on the website or any of the contact details stated there - we don’t always monitor social media - especially when we are closed.

Catrin supported a local charity who support young people in care via support and food banks. Catrin provided us with printed tshirts for our curry and quiz night! Quality of the print was amazing and would highly reccomend.
