The Online Property Agency Recensioni

My experience with the OPA was excellent. They are knowledgeable in their field and provide support throughout the purchase process. Highly recommended.

Very straight forward and quick. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to
Invest in Birmingham

I lost over £7000 by trying to a purchase a property, which wasn't fully mortgageable due to dry rot and Zara's attitude once this became apparent was despicable and rude. Please stay away from this strange set-up, some of the properties they have for sale are owned by the estate agent or associates, which they inflate with enticing yields or simple overpricing. Please do read the description of their adverts thoroughly as they state some of their properties for sale are owned by associates. P.S. Please stay away if it's too good to be true, then it is. This isnt a fake review, as per the response, please just stay away from this set-up. As parting advice, I would state always look at comparables in the area and understand that if anyone is pressuring you like Zara did to me, then please do back away. This agents approach might be legal, but no way is it moral or ethical.

Highly professional and very knowledgeable about their work. I had great experience in renting property they made it very easy and handled everything perfectly.

The properties are very fine yet so comfortable i like the building structure and the interior designs they are modern architecture, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Its design is both innovative and practical.

Excellent service and good investment opportunities

The OPA is super efficient and quick, I bought an amazing investment and they gave great advice from the beginning of my purchase through to the completion.
Thanks OPA!!!
👏👏👏👏

Used OPA to purchase a couple of investment properties. Both were tricky purchases, but Zara was at hand to help us out, Zara even pointed me to a financial advisor who helped me get mortgages and close off the purchase. I highly recommend OPA for any investment property purchases.

Very professional

I discovered Opa when I was searching for a property to invest in, and they offered a variety of investment properties. A staff member there played a crucial role in keeping me updated throughout the sale, especially since the property was off-plan. After a successful year, I'm thrilled with the outcome of my first investment. Trust is vital in investments, and I'm now considering my second investment with Opa. Exciting times ahead! 🏡💼✨

Do not deal with this company if you’re renting or buying. Rented a property with them and upon moving out they’ve decided to withhold my deposit for no reason. Reached out to them on multiple occasions and I’ve received nothing but silence on their part. I’ve had to take further steps because it seems as though this is something they’ve done and gotten away with before - but they definitely won’t be doing that with me.

I’ve also realised that a lot of the “positive” reviews on here are actually fake. If you want to do anything with this agency please do your thorough research and be very diligent. Had issues with them from the get-go of moving into the property, ignored it, and now I regret having done that. If I could give less than a star I would.

Amazing company, they go out their way for you and are very experienced in what they do. I highly recommend if you want to buy or sell a property to go with them.
