Order processing was too slow, for a good 2 or 3 weeks, I had zero updates about my purchase. I wouldn't mind a long delivery time, given it's an international purchase, but receiving zero updates for such a long time made me feel i was scammed. I almost did a chargeback on my purchase. That said, the product is very high quality and I would recomend it to anyone.

I ordered phone cases and a LOTR T-Shirt. The ordering process was quick and easy and the phone cases arrived promptly. When I wrote to check on the progress of the second part of the order, I received an informative, friendly answer very swiftly with all the details I needed. The T-Shirt arrived today, as promised, and the quality is very good. I‘m very happy and can only recommend

Quick turn around, friendly and helpful staff, great product

Great company. Although Evri mishandled my package leading to its loss, customer service were truly amazing- prompt, enthusiastic and warm and checked in to make sure I received a replacement with all due support. Lovely products both in perfect condition.

honestly? better shipping. i ordered a Lotr&Hobbit book set and they came in all crappy, scratched back AND front covers, and so on

Bought a glowing ring from the Lord of the Rings franchise. Unfortunately my package got lost by the shipping company, but the team from the One Store was very helpful and resolved the issue in no time. In the end I received my precioussss, which matched the website description exactly. I am completely satisfied with this transaction and the store.

My husband wouldnt budge he wanted a replica of the LOTR one for our wedding. I shopped around and the one store came up. They had reasonably priced rings with many choices so we measured his finger with paper and bought a ring and paid for size protection. Unfortunately it was 3 sizes too big. I contacted the help centre asking for them to resize but asked if I could get it sorted after our wedding (as it was only a week away) they responded immediately and informed us the size protection we ordered actually gives us a whole new ring and we could keep the first one. His second ring arrived and is just as beautiful as the first. It fits perfectly and came with a chain to hang it from his neck just like in the movie. It looks so nice ans made my husband so happy. He doesnt take his wedding ring off either
