Lovely memory box! Very quick delivery

I made some purchases just before Christmas and only just now leaving a review as I've not really known how best to do it justice. Debbie is an absolutely amazing human! My dad passed just over 2 years ago and I have wanted jewellery with ashes so much but when checking on so many different websites and providers I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Everything seemed so business like and impersonal.
That is until I came across sentimental keepsake, i instantly felt so drawn, Debbie gives such a personal touch. I telephoned her to make some enquires and was on the phone for about 30 minutes. I placed an order for jewellery for my mum and I. When the order arrived, not only was I so happy with the purchase, I couldn't believe the personal touches from Debbie.
My dad's favourite colours were pink and lilac and as soon as I opened the box, there was 2 feathers in those very colours amongst other little delights.
Debbie also provided me with a surprise gift, a little glow in the dark bedside heart for both mum and I. Debbie created this in memory of my dad Peter Bishop and it is now featured on her website. There is a story behind this piece and I had such pride in telling my mum on Christmas day about my journey in buying jewellery from Debbie

I received a candle with a minor issue, but the customer service team responded promptly and resolved the problem. The replacement candle was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful I ordered the ashes memory bear was bigger than I thought which was amazing very prompt delivery and looked so good gift wrapped the recipient was over the moon with it. Would definitely order again and everyone who’s seen it wants to order one as well!

I put some emojes on the Christmas bauble. Keepsake emailed me to say sorry they couldn’t do them. I ment to reply but was busy. They took the time to actually call me. Was a very nice man. Most helpful. They then got on with my order& a few days latter received a lovely personalised Christmas bauble. It’s lovely
