I had a question about an item and customer service got back to me quickly and gave me links to the item that I needed.
Delivery was 3 days (I think)
I loved the teddy bear it when came. Such good quality and so so soft.

Bigger than expected.
I ordered 2 personalised angel teddies for my kids after their nana passed. They arrived in good time and they absolutely love them. My son is autistic and I'm hoping this will help him process that she is no longer with us. Also the are alot bigger than i thought so bonus there. Thank you so much.

The bear was great but the recorded is horrible
The bear was great, the voice recorder was shockingly bad it was crackly and lasted about 6 presses then wouldn't work

Beautiful Keepsake and Urn boxes
I had 2 items made after my dad recently passed away . A keepsake box and an urn box for his ashes . Both were absolutely beautiful . The quality of the photos (one was very old) came out so well on the items and the quality of the products and care that went into them was amazing. Also items were sent out very quickly too. I would definitely recommend . Communication was also excellent . Thank you so much .

My mum ordered me a beautiful bear with a memory message off my father who passed away. The ashes can be saved in a little tin in the back of the bear. Its such a lovely idea and wonderful keepsake. Very much recommend, thank you! ❤️

Keepsake Memory Dog
My order was for 3 bears. My order was incorrectly received and I only received 1 bear and without the ashes tin. I contacted TLKC by email and they responded within 24hrs . My order was rectified and received correctly within 48hrs. Great service and turnaround. Quality of items is lovely would definitely order again .
