The Loft Men Recensioni

Marc had fitted loft insulation for me a few years ago & I had been impressed with his personable manner and expertise so it was a no brainer to reach out to the Loft Men again. Yesterday I had part of the loft boarded and ladders installed. From start to finish (Ben, Sam, Marc, Luca & James) everyone was superb....so polite, courteous, friendly, timely and I am beyond thrilled with the end result inc the Komfort ladders which even for a female are easy to use. Luca & James are so personable, respectful, clean & tidy & their work is of an excellent standard. I can actually say it's a pleasure having the Loft Men work in your house. Ben got back to me immediately with any queries in the run up to the installation and the price was reasonable and even revised during installation when something wasn't required...which was really appreciated. I honestly believe that from start to finish you'll be delighted with the Loft Men, further that each Loft man is 'cherry picked'; such is their caliber. I rarely write reviews & they have no idea I'm writing this but a huge thank you again to the team from an extremely happy customer.

Very helpful company, easy to book someone to come out assess the work and make recommendations. Quote was fast and transparent, booking the work in was ready. The installation guys arrived on time, very polite, and kept me informed about what they were doing, work was carried out in less than half a morning to a good standard. They took time after to show me the work and explain exactly how to operate the hatch & ladders. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

We have to give a big shout out to Marc & his mate who insulated & boarded our loft recently. They worked hard & did a really good job, there was no mess at all after they left & they were polite & helpful the whole time they were here. We did have a small problem with our existing ladder, but Marc returned straight away & put it right for us.

I corresponded with Ben from start to finish & he helped me all the way & replied to my messages within minutes. The price we were charged was very fair & agreeable to us.

Thank you all for your help & service

Excellent service and so glad we saw their advertisement on the way to work! Excellent quality work at a very reasonable price. From quote to the finish of the job I would recommend this company to anyone. Our neighbour has seen their work and is now having his done! Loft is brilliant and they even cleaned all through although they didn’t make that much mess to start with. Thank you guys.

We are so pleased with the service we received! From the measure up, the quote to the electrics and board fitting, all the lads were polite, well mannered and tidy. We were really pleased with their work too and can’t believe we got all we had for the price. The price quoted was the price they stuck to. A+++ guys! Well done from Stourport 😊

Superb service from this business with attention to detail and great communication.
Helped coordinate installation with some additional plastering work and made the whole process very easy.

Arrived this morning and immediately started working. Very clean and efficient and extremely polite. Job finished in 6.5 hours to an excellent standard. Would recommend them 100%. Well done Craig Sam Luca and Eddie

From start to finish Eddie was fantastic; I cannot fault his communication, work, tidiness, friendliness & price. Eddie & his team did an amazing job laying loft floor boards, as well as adding different lighting and a new hatch with pull down ladder. I couldn’t access the loft at all before but now I have an extra room for storage. Thank you so much.

Great service from start to end from The Loft Men – I received a prompt reply from my initial enquiry, then Ben popped over to provide an accurate quote (which was adhered to) – work was booked in and Eddie and Marc arrived bang on time….first impression was excellent as laid out dust sheets up the stairs before a confirmatory chat about the works.

I expected them to be there longer as the job was a challenge (relocating roof access in our bedroom to allow for new fitted wardrobes), but to my delight they had completed the work just after lunchtime and I have to say it was very impressive! The standard of the finished product (from quality of ladders and easy of use) to the way the guys boarded up the previous loft access and cut through the ceiling to house the new access was perfect……..the vacuum work to clean up after, was the much appreciated final touch!

Would strongly recommend these guys – I am particularly choosy!

Review from Mr B

I got a fast response to my enquiry and then only waited a week for availability- The fitters Marc and Mike were courteous, professional and made a super first impression by covering all my stairs carpets before they started work and then vacuumed up afterwards!
I had the deluxe package installed plus the solid wood ladders- a little more expensive than the aluminium ones but they feel very sturdy and look great!
Love the extra space it’s created, should have got it done years ago!
