The bulb I ordered arrived broken. I opened a ticket using their system but it seems to have been completely ignored.

I found the bulb I wanted, ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later. it was the one I wanted and it wasn't broken.

Quick and Efficient Service

Such poor service
Such poor service, order placed and paid for chased up after a week as goods were not delivered, got a very short message saying goods had not been dispctahed, no mention of when they will be sent just "me cancel the order and issue you with a full refund." I have never dealt with a company that are so unhelpful.

I am sorry we were not able to dispatch your goods on time. We started the process of relocating our warehouse at the beginning of May and we were hoping this was not going to course any issues, however the process took a little while longer than expected.
Arrived promptly undamaged.

I'm frankly bewildered by the assortment of lightbulbs on sale these days, many of which I've never heard of. So I knew from past experience exactly where I could get this particular shape and size with a screw fitting and so on. The parcel arrived sooner than expected so thanks.
