Excellent Service
Ordered lightbulbs on-line and received them promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately one was faulty, contacted the light bulb company. The phone was answered promptly, I explained the problem and a replacement was rapidly agreed on. Excellent Service.

The bulbs are good but the packaging…
The bulbs are good but the packaging was abysmal. Bulbs in individual boxes, no bubble-wrap or shredded paper to cushion them - just left to move around in the box. Frankly, it's a wonder they worked.

When there is a problem, the quality of the company shines.
I have used the Light Bulb Company for a number of years, with excellent products and service. Following a recent very prompt delivery of 5 light bulbs, I noticed 1 bulb had the wrong specification. Within a day, the problem was resolved and a replacement sent.
It's when there is a problem, you find out if you are dealing with a good company.
