Very good. The intuitive site makes it really easy to filter through the vast amounts of bulbs. It also provides sufficient information so you can choose things like atmosphere and temperature requirements.

Trust me, The Lightbulb Company is the only place to buy lamps. Like most businesses you only truly learn if the owners and employees care should things go wrong.
In our case, we were treated promptly and fairly and our issues were dealt with professionally.
We will not buy lamps from anyone else and will watch The Ligh Bulb Company grow as it continues to treat customers as they like to be treated themselves.
Buy with confidence knowing you are dealing with people that truly care about lighting up your life.

The product delivery insurance is a rip off and if it is optional then why do I have to click to remove it or is it that your customers fail to see the tiny box to untick and proceed, and as for the post office charging extra to deliver to Scotland this is a load of rubbish

Regarding the protection insurance, this is entirely optional at checkout depending on your needs. It simply extends the return window and means we'll cover the return postage if you change your mind. We find that when buying light bulbs, customers are often unsure of what they want or need as it's quite a specialist item and this has them in mind. Again, it's entirely optional.
Regarding the postage to Scotland, we actually use a Royal Mail tool on our checkout so postage or postage zones are set by them. If you believe that a mistake has been made on your particular postcode, we're happy to look into this with Royal Mail. Please get in contact with our team at support@thelightbulb.co.uk

I got a full box of Edison bulbs despite ordering the screw ons. I have tried to call and to this moment still haven't received a reply to my complaint. Will I order again with you? Most definitely not. Will I recommend you further - absolutely not.
