Great Company to do business with...
When the time came to extend a lease on my property, I did not have a clue about where and how to start. Luckily, I discovered TheLeaseExtention Company, and after an initial conversation over the phone, I knew that this is the right specialist to do the right job from start to end. The company itself, Charter Surveyor, and Solicitor from Nexa Law Limited are all excellent specialists, 100% transparent in payments, and very helpful to answer any question in a process.
Thank you to Jo, Mark, Collett, Daniel from Chroma, and many others not mentioned here but involved in a work.
I m highly rating 5 stars TheLeaseExtention Company, and recommend them.

Incredible service
Incredible service. All went so smoothly. The surveyor knocked the freeholders right down on the premium, and the conveyancer helped to challenge their legal fees as well. Would highly recommend.

We were concerned about having to arrange a lease extension on a flat we own. LEC together with their partners made the process easy for us and negotiated a good price for the extension.

Quick response & easy to understand advise
I used LEC to extend the lease on my flat. They responded quickly to my enquiry with detailed, yet easy to understand, information as to how to proceed including quotes for formal & informal routes. As I had already contacted the freeholder (the local council) & obtained a quote that I thought reasonable, I choose the informal, & less expensive, route. All proceeded quite quickly & has been completed.

Great Service!
The Lease Extension Company gave us first class service. Everything was explained clearly and all questions were answered. They recommended us to a excellent solicitor who explained what was happening at every stage. As agreed, they didn't contact us when nothing was happening as it is a long drawn out process. They were also helpful and pleasant, even in the face of my sometimes daft questions. Thanks to Jo, Dee and Lorraine especially.

Good overall experience
After being advised by estate agents about selling my investment flat that the 81 year lease was problematic for buyers who needed a mortgage I chose the lease extension company to help me with the process which can be quite complicated. It all depends on your freeholder.
I found this company was open and honest about their approach and costs.
They put in place a great lawyer and surveyor who handled everything as quickly as was possible really. They gave honest advice - even if it was not what I wanted to hear. New legislation means these things cost more now!
But along the way I got an introduction to a conveyancing lawyer who worked alongside the lease lawyer at the same firm to ensure everything was coordinated to sell the flat keeping my buyer happy. This was really invaluable actually.
I would recommend this company as it takes away most of the stress associated with this process.
I can’t comment on their efficiency if you have to go to arbitration, but on a reasonable transaction they did what they advertise.
