I would highly recommend using this company, fast and efficient with an excellent range of stock and all at affordable prices. I have gone back time after time and am never disappointed.

Horrendous experience. Waiting 3 months for delivery and emails are completely ignored! Seems that the company has gone out of business, so I won't be seeing my parcel...

Dreadful service. Website states 2-7 w/days for delivery to EU, and it has taken 6 weeks to complete the order, as the first delivery had items missing. First delivery was also delayed. Sent numerous emails for updates. Their responses were unapologetic and unhelpful, and were always full of excuses for the delay. Numerous requests for a refund on the delivery charge due to these delays were ignored. Would definitely not recommend.

I have purchase a number of items over the course of this year. Always found the process straight forward and easy to order. Always very helpful on the phone would definitely recommend, very happy.

I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and have to say each time I have been so pleased with the service I have received. Everything has arrived as ordered and with very quick delivery.

Excellent quality and beautiful designs. Highly recommended if you are looking for unique beautiful switches. Fast delivery is a plus.

Lovely sales staff but even better was great communication to the delivery in the back office. Kept me well informed. Product arrived in good time and was all in order. This is how a company should work.

I first ordered a couple of items so I could judge their quality which was so good I have placed orders a few times. As for customer service - excellent extremely helpful and good advice on what to purchase when I didn't really know what I was talking about - intermediate switches 🤔

I would like to say from seeing the modern gloss white switches and sockets I knew I was going to have them in my new bungalow we had just modernised. I ordered them for the whole bungalow ,they came in good time ,well packaged and a bonus received two lollies !!! They look so stylish, everybody comments on them saying how modern and lovely they are . I am so very pleased with them .so happy .

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR ORDER PLACED 2 FEB 2021 - ITEMS NEVER AVAILABLE (BUT WERE STILL SHOWING AS AVAILABLE TO ORDER ON THIER WEBSITE) AND FULL REFUND PROMISED ON AN EMAIL FROM THIS COMPANY TWO MONTHS AGO!! - NOW PLACED THE DISPUTE IN HANDS OF CREDIT CARD COMPANY - BUYERS BEWARE LOOK AT REVIEWS AS THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME PROMISED REFUNDS NOT BEEN HONOURED!!! - EDIT NOWGOT REFUND AFTER POSTING ONHERE!!!

Although I haven’t yet had my switches and sockets fitted I can’t fault this company on its range of choices , easy ordering and quick delivery . I’ve just moved house and intend changing all sockets and switches and don’t see any need to shop elsewhere .

Purchase 3 x trendi sockets. Couple of days after paying electrician to fit I get a call to say there is a recall. I am fine with this and am told they would send me temporary replacement sockets, which after a lot of chasing them I ended up getting nearly 2 weeks later. In the meantime I received an electric shock that shot me across to wall behind me! I was promised this company would cover all out of pocket costs. They haven’t. They got back the recalls and will only pay back for 1 electrician visit. I am fully aware I should pay for 1 visit - as this is what I’d have paid with no recall - but the electrician has had to come out to me 3 times and I have had to pay for 2 of them and this store just 1. 2 out of the 3 electrician visits were due to the outcome of the recall. The staff - especially Amy - were not helpful, were rude and played dumb I that they couldn’t understand what I was saying and why they are liable for 2 costs. They made remarks to the affect that I was lying about what was verbally told to me about reimbursing and tooted and blowed at me while I tried to put it in simple terms. Not a way to treat customers
AND AFTER RECEIVING A MESSAGE TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, I DID AND I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED. THEY HAVE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE PLUGS ONLY AND NOT THE COST I RECEIVED GETTING THE PLUGS TAKEN OFF, SO THEY CAN HAVE THEM BACK AS PART OF THEIR RECALL. AVOID

I received excellent service from this company. Prior to my order I had some questions and they replied to my emailed query swiftly and efficiently. I was able to place my order as a result. Ordering online was easy and quick, I was relieved that unlike some GB companies The Internet Electrical Store delivers to Northern Ireland and the delivery was quick! All items packaged securely. Very happy to recommend this company and would use again.

Can't fault this company. Excellent, well priced, good quality products. Supreme service, good communications.
I ordered some light switches from them but unfortunately ordered 1 of them in the wrong colour. I let them know by email that I had cocked up but they replaced the incorrect switch free of charge despite it being my error.

Shocking. Returned goods on 1st March and still no refund. Several emails later no response. Contacted my credit card company who forced them to contact me, they said they would refund, still nothing as of 8th May! AVOID!

Poor experience, sent a return back warehouse confirmed they received it but no refund and refuse to answer emails!

Still waiting for part of my order from 18/03 supposed to be despatched via Amazon warehouse. Have contacted trader but without much success, keep saying they are chasing it up but it me chasing them or it will get forgotten about . Poor after sales customer support ,won’t use them again .
