They have kept me insured for ten years or so and updated me on better plans and deals , they have been very polite on the phone and also in emails . Can't recommend them highly enough .

Professional
We were both impressed by the service and advice given by The Insurance Helpline. We ended up with far better policies that gave us more peace of mind for less than we were paying with our old policies. They were able to advise us a policy that was recently set up by our Mortgage broker was not what we were advised it was and cancelled it before it was started. Thanks again for your help.

I can't rate this company highly enough. I first met Fenella several years ago who sorted out our life insurance. Returned recently after a change in circumstances and new policy documents where put in place. Fenella researched all options and found the best solution for both myself and husband. I'm now at ease knowing we have the proper cover in place. Fenella also sorted out new contents and building insurance. A lovely family run business who want the best for their clients and knowing if I have any questions they will always be there to answer. Thank you!

We have been using the insurance helpline for 6 years now, recently we had been contacted by Natalie at the company for a review. She informed us that many insurance companies had brought new policies to market. She was able to find us a better policy at a lower price which was great news. Very efficient and professional service from Natalie and the team.
