Failed to pay creditors. After many requests and complains they contacted the creditor.
I wont refomend this. Scammers.

After struggling for years with what seemed like a mountain of debt I decided to get some advice and see what my options were. I was so embarassed about my situation and felt like i was admitting defeat but Mujtaba was so helpful and understanding when discussing how much debt I was in and how I got myself into debt. We looked what my options were and after much discussion decided that an IVA was my best option and much more affordable, so we went through with the process of going ahead with the IVA. The process was smooth and I was kept informed at all times. I did have to have my meeting of creditors a few times due to them not being able to get enough votes. Once the creditors came to an agreement the IVA was approved. The IVA has been the absolute best solution for my situation it means I can contribute towards my creditors but also not have to struggle every month with the rising costs if bills.
I was well looked after and would definitely recommend anyone in a situation of feeling hopeless and struggling month to month to consider looking into it.
