Bad service
Bad service - I ordered a toaster which they sent me in the colour. I contacted them to let them know, they said they were happy for me to return it and would refund the coast of the toaster but would not cover the cost of me returning them item, also said I need to send it back tracked which cost even more. With the weight of the toaster and packaging I am very much out of pocket.

I had a great experience with this company. Yasmin went above and beyond in order to resolve a problem with a delivery. She even followed up with an email to ensure that it was sorted in the end. I could not find a better price for the item that I purchased. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service response when I asked a few questions regarding the item before placing my order. Delivery was ultrafast: order placed online on Sunday and the item was delivered on Tuesday. It was very well packed and in good shape. Excellent value. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Kenwood mixer
Ordered an expensive Kenwood mixer and it was due to be delivered by D.P.D who I have always found to be amazing. According to Homeware outlet they tried to deliver yesterday and today but I was not in. I was at home both times and have a ring doorbell which shows that there was no attempted delivery. I know it is not DPD as the names of the drivers even seemed fake as we always get the same delivery guys. I thought the price of £258 seemed to good to be true, clearly it was. They said they have actioned a refund and are a legitimate site. Lets just wait and see. I would never use again. Order no THO 23488
I want to add that my refund has come through.

I am sad to hear of your disappointment and after speaking with you yesterday was delighted to think that you would be soon receiving the Kenwood mixer you ordered and whizzing up some lovely recipe . I am truly sorry that our courier service failed to deliver and were unable to locate your property, this is very unusual and may have been a new driver to your area so may not have been familiar and therefore unable to locate your property, but we would have endeavoured to work with the local depot and get this to you as soon as possible. We will of course be launching a full investigation to understand what happened as we would never wish for any of our customer to be disappointed and left without the item they were eagerly expecting.
I was downhearted to hear of your wish to cancel the order as this was such a great item at a brilliant price, but please be assured your request for a refund was actioned straight away to avoid any further distress to you and I would like to reassure you that we are a trusted and legitimate company and we strive to offer all our customers a great service and items that they will love at exceptional prices.
We do hope you visit our site again in the future and should you have any questions or require further assistance please feel free to reach out to me and I will do all I can to help.

I had a prompt response from the company who apologised for the poor quality of presentation box - happy with response
I ordered Jo Malone shower products for a gift.They were in a Jo Malone box but the box was not up to standard - it was dirty with a patch on top that looked as if a label had been taken off. The ribbon did not look like the Jo Malone ribbon and was frayed. I will be returning for a refund but do not yet know how easy this will be .
