Wrong item sent
I ordered a standard Peter Reed Oxford pillowcase in October 2023. When I came to use it in May 2024 I found that I had been sent a square pillowcase, which is of no use to me. I'd like to recommend that customers check their orders immediately on receipt, as obviously by the time I discovered the mistake the order was outside the refund window of 28 days.

I didn't know The Homeware Outlet before this purchase and the price was so cheap I was suspicious.
I needn't have worried. The product arrived packaged really well and the delivery was quick.
I emailed after purchase with a question and their response was quick and helpful.

Poor service
The items I ordered arrived damaged, the returns process was badly managed and I still haven't received my refund. I rang Homeware Outlet to enquire when I would receive my refund and was told someone would get back to me but no-one has. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.
