I ordered a part paid for carriage for next day only to get an email the next day stating the item was out of stock. You should not be able to order and pay for an item if there is no stock!

Only comment I would make to the company is to check parts for appliances as my search for parts for my boiler listed very few but a search by part number found everything I required.

Everything went great parcel arrived next day as promised. Only issue was not getting any order confirmation emails. I knew the item was paid with PayPal but I’d expected an email to confirm order was received & dispatched etc, I looked in junk email in case it was wrongly located. Nevertheless everything happened as promised & would recommend seller.

I never understood why they gave 1 rating. However, we were very satisfied.

We needed a part for our boiler & these guys provided it on time & at a competitive price. Fitted & working perfectly.

My only (tiny) issue is we didn't receive a confirmation email. The only way we knew the order had gone through was the bank transfer was pending. However, I emailed them and they were quick to respond. 9.9 out of ten from me.
