We used The Harms Arms for our wedding reception in early July 2026. From the initial call Harm was open and personable in discussions. Both himself and Sonia helped us design a bespoke menu for our guests and we were given honest advice on drinks choices and options for our guests. On the day the team and service went above and beyond our expectations. The feedback regarding the drinks and the bar team has only been positive. Highly recommended and we work with them again in the future without hesitation.

Harms and team made our wedding day so special. Everyone loved the cocktails and the personalised touch. They are a nice friendly team, highly recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience. We hired The Harms Arms for our wedding anniversary, we really didnt have to worry about a thing! After an initial meeting everything was taken out of our hands and we didn't have to do anything, everything was taken care of from start to finish. The team were professional, timely and polite. They cleared up after themselves and even left soft drinks and bottles of water for the straglers who remained after they left! We will definitely use The Harms Arms again in the future and we would highly recommend them!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Harms Arms provide bar service at our wedding this July, and they were nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly—it was one less thing we had to worry about on the big day.

The cocktails were top quality and expertly made, with our guests still raving about them weeks later. The staff were incredibly approachable, friendly, and fast, keeping everyone served with a smile and maintaining a great vibe throughout the evening.

Working with Harms Arms was such an easy and enjoyable experience. They were professional, organized, and clearly take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough—if you’re considering them for your event, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Absolutely awful experience. The management was late, disorganised, and rude throughout the event. When guests asked for tequila shots, they were given vodka instead and told it was “the same spirit”—which is both dishonest and dangerous.
To make matters worse, we later found out they had booked three other events on the same day. That explains the lack of care and attention—we were clearly not a priority. Their actions show they have no real regard for their clients’ needs or the quality of service they provide.
Would never recommend.

We hired The Harms Arms for a family wedding with high hopes after a promising tasting session, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised and expected.

To begin with, the bar arrived late — guests had already started arriving before they had even set up. This immediately caused unnecessary stress and disrupted the flow of the event.

What was delivered on the day did not match what had been agreed upon at the tasting. A key part of their setup — the standing bar menu poster — was simply missing, which made ordering drinks confusing for many guests. They also sold to us on the basis of setting up a cocktail tree stand and presenting cocktails with smoke bubbles - none of this was delivered.

Perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience was the attitude of the staff. This was incredibly disheartening and left a negative impression on what should have been a celebratory occasion.

We had been told that Harms himself would be serving on the day, which influenced our decision to book them — but he never showed up, without any explanation or communication.

In short, The Harms Arms overpromised and massively underdelivered. What was pitched as a polished, premium experience ended up being disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I would not recommend them based on our experience

Harms Arms provided cocktail service for my daughters wedding reception at Cedar Court. The service was exceptional and all the guests were amazed by the staff and the quality of the cocktails/mocktails. All drinks were freshly made to order and of the highest quality.

Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

This was my second time using Harms Arms, and once again the service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, and they delivered exactly as promised on the night. Every request we made was dealt with promptly and without any fuss. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Choose them above everyone else, their level of experience, care, and attention to detail is absolutely insane!!! I checked with competitors and nothing comes close to this experience. ABSOLUTE TOP OF THEIR GAME!!

The Long version:-

I reached out to The Harms Arms after liasing with a few competitors. The competitors were focused more on the price and time, than the experience they would provide for our wedding day.

Harms, completely different. Immediately, after an initial email we were on the phone discussing plans, ideas, pricing possibilities, replacement (like for like) drinks, guest numbers (potentially), bar sizes etc. Everything was 'go go go' from the get go, which is what you want from a provider. You want them to know how to keep you at ease, and that is how he approached it.

Throughout the planning, if i ever had any questions (as you do), no matter the time, or place, Harms would reply or let me know when he's free for a chat / text me back. Examples were midnight, early morning and evenings!

We went back and forth many times with design ideas, drinks, kegs for beers as well as final numbers.

I can only say one thing, we WILL most definitely be booking The Harms Arms again for my brothers wedding (whenever that will be). The team are absolutely fantastic and i regret not reaching out to them from the get-go.

Forget any competitors, i'll personally vet how superb they are (and i don't do many reviews on here).

The Harms Arms helped to make our wedding truly memorable!

We live in the Midlands and our wedding was in Coventry in August 2024 but we knew we wanted The Harms Arms (they travel everywhere thankfully). Most of our guests had never experienced a cocktail bar at a wedding before and our friends and family still talk about it to this day! The quality of the drinks were incredible, the staff are wonderful and the planning was so easy! They were one of the only suppliers I didn’t need to worry about during my wedding planning as I had 100% trust they would deliver, and they did.
Hands down the best cocktail company in the UK!

We had Harms Arms for our wedding reception back in April last year! The service was very organised and the set up was great, the staff were full of energy and bubbly!

It was easy to discuss ideas with both Harms and his wife and they made the process easy- hassle free! We even had personalised menus which made a thoughtful touch. All the guests loved the service and the cocktails tasted great! Communication was great throughout!

Would definitely recommend! Great suppliers!

Harms and his team did our wedding in July 2024 at Coombe Abbey. They were absolutely brilliant, right from initial discussion and quoting to on the day support. They held our hand throughout the process and helped us decide what worked for us (even if financially it was not the most lucrative option). The team on the day were brilliant and really made the party a vibe! They were by far my favourite supplier, and the only supplier from London (given the wedding was in the midlands) and we would definitely use them again.

Friendly, supportive and a vibe is how I would describe Harms and his team.

We had Harms for our wedding reception at The Grove, and they were absolutely fantastic.

First of all, the owners, Harms and his wife, are delightful to deal with. Harms personally came to the event to ensure everything was perfect.

Secondly, the cocktails were incredibly tasty—we could have had them all night!

Finally, the service was impeccable. Everything was organized perfectly: no long bar queues, guests were served quickly, and the entire event ran so smoothly.

I would highly recommend Harms to anyone without a second’s hesitation!

Harms were amazing to work with as they gave us some creative control on the cocktails we wanted for the day and the names to give then. This was really important to us as they dedicated to those who were no longer with us. The team on the day was great and provided a really good service. The most genuine couple I have come across! I called Harms just a to make an enquiry and I knew straight away we had to book The Harms Arms! Harms was so kind and helpful that I had no worries on my big day!

Harm and his team are absolutely amazing! I have used them for two summer parties over the last three years and both times they have provided the best bar, cocktails and service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make sure your party is a success.
