I love sean!!
I got to a lot of his classes and they are great, very challenging but great😮‍💨😮‍💨
Sean isn't my PT but he is such a great and genuine person. He will help anyone and everyone.
He has this aura about him that just shouts friendly!!
He is a good friend and is always there for me when i need him, even if its just a friendly ear or a moan after having a bad day, he always makes time no matter what he is doing!!
Keep it up Sean you the bestest💪💪

I love how much equipment there is to go around I’m never waiting to do an exercise the staff during the day are extremely friendly and always help with anything you need all around a good gym

About a year ago, myself and my sister were looking for a Gym to join. We'd looked at a few. When we checked out The Gym Group we were greeted by Sean, who was happy to show us round, chatted with us, made us feel comfortable, the place was bright, light and clean... We joined up! Since then we've met most of the staff, all so lovely and helpful. We got our mum to join... she's 76! Honestly they couldn't have been more lovely with her (especially Sean and Katie), they adapted classes for her to manage... made me plank though soooo :) Anyway, I think it's a great place. People of all ages, sizes and fitness levels, and I've never felt awkward there.

Been signed up & going to the gym about 7 months now, love the friendly atmosphere, staff are helpful, always on hand if you need a spotter.
Sean's classes are a laugh (hes an awesome PT as well guys 😉)
Only thing its lacking is a seated leg curl machine, could also do with a hip thrust machine.

The gym is clean, always see it being cleaned while im there as well, staff are friendly, always offer help when asked, other members are always friendly, no judgement while there (even when doing something wrong)
Sean is great, a hard task master but that's what you want in a PT! And his classes are always fun too, even if I give up half way through lol

Fantastic gym to be appart of. Very welcoming and full of all the equipment you need for a great workout. Shout out to Karl who i recommend if you require a PT or even a fab class to join he is amazing and good at what he does.

Staff always really lovely, happy to help out. Great instagram account which helps you get to know the gym and the staff. Parking is free and easy. Has a great atmosphere without being overly busy, great availability. Have already recommended to others

Really lovely staff, always do their best to have a chat and help out. Great equipment. Love that it’s 24/7 as I work till 3am! All round a great gym to be at!!

Great Equipment, super clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff who are always available for any questions or concerns. Well led classes and a good variety of them.
