Great Gym, clean, friendly, good choice of classes and great staff. Dav has been really inspiring and supportive, for the first time in my life actually want to exercise and am seeing progress.

The gym offers a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and diverse equipment. I've seen significant progress in my fitness journey!

I used this gym on numerous occasions when om working in this area and I found that it delivers what if offers. The equipment is top quality machines and most importantly it is a very clean and tidy gym, the staff are friendly and very helpful, all round great place to train.

Great gym, manager is a top bloke, always helps me flip my training sessions into a good one.

Well managed and Tidy Gym

Simon the manager was very accommodating on my visit, he made feel welcome. I attended a class that was well planned and very inclusive to the group 😁

A really lovely gym with ample equipment, a good variety of classes and friendly helpful staff. The gym is bright, spacious and airy which is a rarity. I have always managed to park on the onsite car park.

Not a great start to the gym group. I signed up to the Stourbridge branch as it’s closer to work.
Equipment is ok but due to the amount of people in the gym (not very big compared to other gyms I’ve been with) I have often struggled to use the equipment I need.
The worst thing is the so called shower rooms, what an absolute joke. Literally 3 showers cramped in a tiny bathroom. As soon as you get 3 or more people in there, you have zero room to change or shower.

It appears they are happy to take unlimited amount of members for there money but zero thought process in how this will effect your workout.
I will be requesting a full refund as it’s only been 7 days since I joined. (If they provide this I will rethink my one star review) but my advice is there are better gyms around, don’t come to this one. You will be hanging around waiting for equipment and after a session be unable to shower/change.

I was at TGG for just over a year and had PT. During this time I was suffering with an addiction my PT knew about and subsequently a deteriorating mental state which was further worsened by an underlying mental health problem. After asking for ‘help’ the PT willingly took my bank cards and used them (this was my addiction) - spending over £420 in 3 months.

As a professional with a duty of care, she acted with a lack of dignity and took advantage of a vulnerable client to her own financial benefit instead of encouraging me to seek help. This only ever deteriorated my mental state, something that TGG Stourbridge seems to heavily disregard. When raised with TGG they were mostly dismissive, and the PT I believe lied under an investigation regarding a welfare issue about ever using my cards to which she was found in possession of.

While this might me an unusual case, the concerning factors are the lack of dignity and morals a PT representing TGG has shown, and that they could apply to many other scenarios.

I also feel and have been told had this been a male PT taking advantage of a vulnerable female client in such a manner or any way, the outcome/views on this would be much different.

Looked at changing gym because of closure so visited Stourbridge. No staff to show me around and the gym tour on the kiosk didn't work. You maybe cheap but 1st impressions are diabolical

Since I start doing class circuit really made me have interest in the classes and start enjoying it specifically class is on Wednesday and Thursday really organised and designed for gym users I really enjoy Dave kasim class she really put effort in every person in the class she is very help full Well prepared very impress with her great effort with us

I’ve been a member at this gym for a couple of years and enjoy training here. The vibe in general is very good and all the PTs are quite friendly except the one.

I don’t know her name but it’s hard to miss her as she hardly wears any appropriate attire and has a habit of jumping from one group of males to another, seeking attention and thinking it’s an audition for the movie white chicks.

When you don’t give her any attention, she’ll then resort to bullying tactics by either giving you the daggers or pretending to laugh at you when she’s training one of her clients - it’s pathetic really and in all honesty, I try to avoid using any of the equipment close to her when she’s around. It’s a shame really, as everything else at this fine establishment is really good.

Classes are fab for everyone and great times.

I do a lot of Laura’s and Jason’s classes.
They push everyone to the max.
Def recommend them.

In my personal opinion, the Stourbridge branch is the 5 star of the gyms, great friendly administration staff, the personal trainers, that i have the privilege to know, are outstanding in their job. My own PT, Charley, is professional, committed and very knowledgeable in her field of training and rehab work.

Easy access, well equipped gym. Great staff and PT’s. The app is also great so you can avoide busy times
