All the staff are so helpful , it’s a great atmosphere I always look forward to going. Classes are great and so is the gym . 5 stars

I am a regular user of the gym and really enjoy my sessions however as I do need to use it during peak times, getting on certain machines can cause a problem espeically in January where everyone joins the gym. I have put in previous online survey's to look into add additional machines such as leg extension as this is always a popular machine but my gym in Paignton only has one.
Other than that, the staff are super friendly and always willing to help with any problems and the facilities are generally very clean.

Love all the classes, great Staff. Ayrton, Reece, Fin,Lisa and Courtney. Classes are always a challenge but enjoyable with great atmosphere. Highly recommend joining for all levels of fitness.

The price for this gym is good BUT.......

Unfortunately the changing rooms are always dirty whenever you visit.
The equipment is dirty and this is due to cutting back on the cleaning stations . After speak to fellow gym goers COVID is rife in this gym!

The staff seem to have their favourites and ignore a lot of the regulars and often caught taking the p*** out of people who have incorrect form rather then going over and giving tips and advice.

There are not enough Bench's and the whole layout of the gym is just stupid.
If any equipment breaks down it takes a minimum than of 4 weeks to get fixed.

The app is never correct with regards to how busy is it. This day and age with how technology has come on and the amount of money this company makes, more should be invested to give true levels.

The amount of college kids who hog the equipment is a joke! Also who don't pay and jump in with Thier mates and yet again staff never do anything , they would rather lock themselves in the office and hide away.

Yet another Cleaning station removed!!

Has Covid and all other contagions now been eradicated? of course not!! so why have you removed yet another cleaning station from Paignton Gym?. I appreciate savings have to be me made but you are now exposing more people to germs as fewer people are cleaning equipment down after use due to lack of cleaning products!! The nearest cleaning station on the ground floor is now at the far end of the Gym and many people will not realise this. I'm now guessing that the equipment will be cleaned down more frequently by staff ? or perhaps not!! This is not a very clever move on your part, I like to know the equipment I am using is cleaned by not only Gym users but staff to, if there are limited cleaning stations available then cleanliness is going to slip!!

Been a member since September. This gym has a friendly feel to it and all the PT's are really helpful. I've been to lots of the classes run by Ayrton Lewis & Erin and they all really make you work.
The gym is clean and spacious & I would highly recommend for the price.

Meh it’s alright for a basic gym session the equipment feels so cheep and doesn’t have the atmosphere of a gym the weights feel so cheep but does the job at the end of the day just wish the gym equipment was better

Hi, would have been 5* but for the lack of a clock in the gym. Asked the gym manager at Paignton when I joined a few months ago, he said normally do have clocks in ‘theGym’s and he’d sort it ...... still waiting. 🤔

I started at the gym group in Paignton at first I was ok that the free weights go up to 40kg as I was told that all of the gyms do this then I saw a post up country of a friend training in the same gym but the free weights was up to 50kg so not happy at all they should all be the same

The staff at the Paignton branch are all really lovely and helpful.
The gym has a really nice atmosphere.
