The gym group is perfect and staff is rally professional

Been going to this gym for over a year now. Always feel comfortable here. Staff are all very kind and will help you if you need it. Equipment is in good condition.

Nice gym staff are friendly .
It can get a little busy at times but I always find a space on the floor to use some dumbbells they have lots of great equipment

Would be nice if there was some more staff on the gym floor so you could ask questions about the equipment and just some general advice in regards to fitness

But generally good gym

Friendly gym ,not intimidating.
All the up to date equipment you need and womens' facilities always clean.

Car parking very dark , always have unsavory characters hanging around , checking car doors and belongings. I don't feel safe parking there .

First time been to the body conditioning session ran by Dan it was amazing also tried out circuit training with Dan on Monday which was fantastic.

Keep an eye on your direct debit! I am currently disputing the amount of the direct debit and it is very difficult communicating with them to complain about being overcharged. The gym itself is good although there are often problems with the PIN to gain access. Customer service is absolutely awful and unhelpful.

Staff are friendly however classes are constantly cancelled. They have the least number of classes in comparison to other gyms and the few they have you turn up and no staff or cancelled and you’re not told, if staff on holiday, appointments or sick classes are cancelled and no replacement. Have raised this with Di who just laughs it off, also emailed gym group and sent message via Facebook but they just ignore you! Have my money now so I guess don’t really care

Paid for a day pass to try this gym out and the code didn't work not staff or offices open. Would not recommend what a waste of time and money.

Gym is decent looking.. Felt too crowded even when the app showed 36% capacity. The app is useless keep on crashing and courses and booked courses never work. Booked and induction when it worked at the beginning. The staff at the gym had no clue about an induction being booked. Told its only explaining the kit, and need to pay for personal training plans which is understadable.I don't need or want personal training just needed simple support on the machines as totally new to a gym.Felt too pushy about selling personal training than helping me for what i paid for. Now i have my concerns over the "courses" they offer in their website as part of gym membership. No one at the gym has any idea or interest

The way its useful is get the pin to entre and exit and have your own researched knowledge on the machines and personal work out plan.

Great equipment, brilliant atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. I visit very frequently and have brang all my friends along.
