The Gym is great faculties wise not much they don’t have to be fair for Al body parts it’s clean the PROBLEM is it’s far to busy and most of the young ones hanging about on phones or just talking holding up the machines these commercial gyms are 💩 problem is they have killed. OST old school gyms where the people just wanted to train! Car parks mobbed aswell and it’s never quiet from a buisness point of view it’s a win win but training it’s terrible
I sent an email well over a week ago and still no response kind of says it all avoid this gym!

Make there own rules uo as the go along would stay clear this gym manger couldn't run bath never mind a gym staff won't help u with anythng all think there cut above you

lockers are all broken showers are
bogging toilets always overflowing stinking overflowing with teenagers in groups of 5 uo sitting on machines playing on there phones so you cany use nothing atal staff don't care gym shambles member ship creep up every 2 months 1.99 added on wen joined was 18.99 its now ant 25.99 been no upgrades in gym thtt anyone wanted bought stepper and a ski machine and benches tht everyone complained about say members need pay for machines tht no one wanted any games you play win prizes staff doesn't let anyone play n splits prizes between them it's total shambles

DO NOT USE THIS GYM. This company employees absolutly disgusting people to work for it. They are vile bullies and the company covers there horrible acts up. The hamilton gym in specific is the worst with absolutly disgusting staff working here. They should be sacked. SICK DISGUSTING GYM

What a sick, disgusting company who employee absolutly terrible staff and then try cover up any complaints. The staff at Hamilton, south Lanarkshire branch are disgraceful people and workers, they bullie customers and when a complaint is made it is covered up because these peolple are corrupt scum. This is a sick company and there is many better gyms to give your money. What a disgusting place with disgusting people.

The membership is no longer a “budget gym” price. The toilets are howling, showers are constantly freezing. Most of the older staff are too concerned about looking cool, opposed to actually serving purpose, kicking about in wee cliques. The equipment is honestly so dated & broken…the 2 bench’s with stands for the barbell are both bent, as is the shoulder press machine which really messes up your form. They also keep shutting for maintenance but open back up with nothing changed & the door key pads are constantly broken. The signal is so poor that using the app QR code scanner isn’t really practical either. All in all, the place used to be brilliant but between the state of the place, recent double price increases & the worn down material. It’s a total dive & we all left as a result.

I really like the gym, very big, spacious, many exercise machines, calm atmosphere and many visitors, the best gym I have visited.

As you cancelled my subscription without informing me and giving a notice, I request to receive a full refund!!!!

I barely used the gym facilities as there is not enough space, no AC, the toilets are dirty, and the smell is horrible.

All the equipment is full of dust and sticky as nobody clean them.
Some people, when they pass by you are stinking because of hygiene reasons. And it's disgusting to use the weights or the machine after them as the smell is still there.
There were some guys who were freak hiding in conrners and were making pictures to the girls 🍑 when training.

My locker was broken into at the Hamilton gym, and while I was exercising my credit cards where being used to obtain over £3000 with of goods and cash at the next door ATM and branch of Curry's.
I tried to speak to someone at Customer Services about CCTV on the site and was told you could only speak to them via on line contact form not over the phone, which I due completed and got an automated message saying I would be answered between 3 and 5 days. It is now 6 days later and I have not heard anything back. Clearly they do not care about incidents that happen to members in their premises. I spoke to staff in Hamilton the day after the theft, left details and i have not heard from them either. I have now cancelled my membership. I hope the Police have more success with them.

I have started Erin’s LBT and boot camp classes and they are great!! They really push you and get your heart racing! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Joined the gym group in June, been loving the classes! So far my favourites have been LBT and boot camp with Erin. Erin was super helpful and motivated us during the class. Also started with Erin for PT and feeling super confident in the gym now!😁

Hamilton gym is employed by lying management who allow staff to bring their dogs and children into the gym and onto the floor. The equipment is sub par and uneven unsteady and some machines have metal parts broken leading to sharp snares that can easily rip someone's hands and skin. The lockers are almost all unusable bent broken and unlockable and the level of hygiene (including the aforementioned animals alowed in the gym! Is disgusting. Management are too busy working out or talking to bother about the facilities

Great gym, clean space and staff are really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Equipment in good condition, staff knowledgeable and approachable. A good selection of both cardio and resistance machines available alongside free weights. Great monthly price for what is available.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have managed to build confidence within in the gym thanks to their assistance. The weights area is well kept and the gym has a great atmosphere
