Staff are great. But Aircon has not been working for two weeks now (and it’s over 20 degrees out today) and there is still no spray and towels for machines despite requests. Why do we even need to ask? Lots of reports of illness from lack of cleaning of machines. Becoming a bit of joke with the clientele now.

Fire alarm goes off several times a week not allowing entry. Gym isn't staffed between from 6am as it states. Wifi works for about 2mins. Not a great gym for sure.

get me a car park refund after i was incorrectly fined for overstaying the 2 hour time slot.
Really appreciate the trouble he went to getting my money refunded, so a huge 5 stars for excellent customer service !

My gym itself isn’t bad, though toilets are dirty.
Also customer support is basically nonexistent. I submitted tickets online and just got automated emails which absolutely do not help with my query. How am I supposed to contact customer support?

I went to this gym for just over a year. It’s an OK gym. Good equipment and was right next to my house so it was handy. Unfortunately management isn’t a professional one. Having PTs in management positions is obviously a huge mistake. The company probably wants to save money and they certainly don’t need to improve since the place is always packed anyway. Said management doesn’t have the most professional approach to deal with problems, unfortunately even resourcing to lies and racial and cultural profiling to prove their point. To make matters worse, one can clearly see some people who obviously don’t know how to correctly use the machines, ready to cause themselves an injury and said staff does nothing about it.

First time in this Edinburgh gym. Pin didn’t work. Member of staff let me in. Now I can’t get out and no staff around. Been standing around for 10 minutes. Not good.

Great gym, clean, well-maintained and friendly staff, although, I have to frankly say that the gym is not that spacious enough especially when it’s busy and there is a class. You cannot perform your workout routine accordingly since classes are a priority and you have to politely give people the space as well as they are paying. No gym etiquette signs. It should have a gym etiquette sign so people can learn some gym manners. Worst, people with no water bottle drink in the fountain (water station) with their mouths and no gym staff would dare to tell them. And another worst is that most people know that sweat is bacteria. They will eventually sweat when they work out they don’t even use deodorant or perfume to prevent the spread their germs. They spread their smell like wildfire. Again, that’s part of the gym etiquette, but I guess gym etiquette signage or common sense is not followed or common sense is not common anymore so the gym needs to have gym
etiquette sign or just the gym don’t care at all -_- even there are cctv in every corner. That’s why I wear gym gloves to protect myself from bacteria and viruses cause’ people are sweating and touching this and that and spread their body odour like a boss. Hopefully you’ll take action.

I started the gym roughly about 8 months ago and had no clue what I was doing then I came across Lauren who was more than helpful and couldn't have made me feel more at ease in the gym , After going to the gym on my own for a few months I decided to invest in a personal trainer and chose Lauren, I have had setbacks being off sick and suffering an injury Lauren has always been more than helpful and has helped me not only improve my over health and wellbeing but also helped me to build my own confidence and self-esteem. I couldn't recommend her enough as a personal trainer.

Advanced equipment and reasonable price. A 24/7 gym which is a huge plus.

Good gym. Great trainers. Very friendly and motivating. Clean gym. Good people

It would be good to know when on earth the gym at Corstophine Edinburgh is opening it has been months since advertised and also has logo of The Gym Group on the retail park sign!
An update would be nice please 🤔

Starting turning off aircon making the atmosphere very uncomfortable

Rude trainer just hanging around with other people talking about woman and just laughing in their face. It’s mental health awareness month and you just slap that back in my face. You’re not fit enough to be a trainer Tom!

Really friendly staff, well looked after equipment, a nice vibe in the gym itself, very welcoming.

Time to change the repetitive Covid messages that keeps be broadcasted about keeping the gym safe. Too many using their mobile phones and not training, which results in individuals not being able to use the equipment.

This gym is brightly lit, clean, has new-looking machinery, changing rooms, showers, toilets, a water fountain, vending machines, air-conditioning, music and is 24-hours in a good location for me. Have only been a member for approx. 3 week, but so far, no complaints.

Really impressed with the facility and value for money
