I have been going for 2 years and have nothing to complain about. The trainers are friendly, respectful and make the classes fun. Highly recommend it

Great place and George is an awesome guy.

The gym group dagenham is the best gym group all around. The facilities are great, the gym is big and the staff are amazing. I see Jorji around often and he’s never too busy to help me out with my technique and advice with how to train more effectively.

Good equipment, friendly staff, Gyorgy went out his way to help my training and accommodate my needs

I gave the 5 stars because in the gym there’s a trainer called Mirela which is awesome I’ve put my other family members to go with her and they as well love her because she’s very nice but strict she pushes you and really loves what she does and wants to see results and gives the same exact energy hard work and positivity with every client that she has i definitely recommend her to anyone that’s going to the gym and you will definitely get the results you want with her

Gym was very clean and tidy, weights were properly arranged and packed well. Plenty of space to do my workout. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gym has a great atmosphere and is so welcoming. My favourite p.ts are Danilo and Bas they push and motivate to the max and have helped me so much.

Excellent clean gym..all the PTs are so friendly. Shoutout to Bas, Danilo and Rashid who do the best classes and always push you to do your best!

The gym group Dagenham is one of the best facilities for people of all levels in the gym. Has all the equipment you could need for any style of training.

All the staff are incredibly friendly. With Kirsty always happy to answer any questions and providing a friendly face around the gym.

Love this branch. The team are amazing the managers Kirsty and Danilo are amazing i always come in and have the best experience its always banter, no other gym group branch has this level of banter and good vibes. I have multi gym access for neighbouring branches closer to home but i will always choose this branch 💯

I would like to take this time to recognisemy PT Haji at the gym in Dagenham. He being so supportive over the period i know him. No two session is the same and he push you to your limit.

Yanga machine isn’t working more than a month now! And they still keep charging US for it!!!

Was really happy wit the service

Good gym for what they charge, however with all cheap things, there's a catch. Almost non-existent customer service. My membership just got suspended like 2 days ago, got an email 24 hours ago of suspension and it said PIN misuse. No evidence of pin misuse submitted. Most likely an issue with their system because who an earth will share pins of this cheap ass gym.

**Update**
Apparently a glitch in their system was the reason for suspension, after reviewing the evidence from the gym cameras, the membership is active again.

I went to the gym in Dagenham after work in slippers as I forgotten to collect my trainers where I wanted to train chest at the multifunctional machine, I was stop by a rude manager who shouted at me:"get out, you're not allowed to train in slippers", I've asked him why, he explained that's the rules, I explained him that, that's no way to talk to people; when doing chest nothing happens no matter what you wear; and if for example you do training with dumbbells whilst you wear trainer's and you drop them by accident onto your toes you still damage your toes either you wear slippers or trainers, doesn't make any difference, unless you wear safety shoes, he put his hands on my back and pushed me telling me to leave and I left, I was shocked to find out in an e-mail that I was denied access forever in the gym and they refused to give me the money back although they took the money yesterday and today I was refused access forever, I called the gym and I tried to explain him the situation on the phone but his answer was:"we don't care, is opinion vs opinion, we are not allowed to overrule the gym staff decision" and he hang up the phone. Horrible staff behaviour, horrible attitude although they work with people their peoples' skills are missing completely.
Also the gym machines are to close which makes it to crowded and looks like the staff do whatever they want with the people there. Honestly, I don't recommend this The Gym Group, other friends had issues as well at this Gym and in Ilford The Gym as well.

Such a great gym the atmosphere is so friendly and inclusive. They have the best PTs too

Joining fee plus first month paid £40.99
Payment due 15/9/23 screen shot of fee and date should have taken £25.99
They robbed me of £33.99
Now giving me excuses regardless of proof emailed I’m asking for the issue to be resolved their telling me I’m welcome to leave £75 spent 1 day at the gym only to be robbed they do not care about their customers how many others are they robbing as all that change adds up??…
Stolen near enough an extra £10..

So far, it’s been an excellent experience using The Gym Group - Dagenham. Excellent and diverse workout tool, machines, user friendly and down to Earth working staff.
