Great gym with good instructor …
Visited today as was staying with family nearby (membership for any gymgroup) signed up for a class and it was great. Ross was welcoming, good structure class and other members nice too. Always a bit hard walking in somewhere you don’t know but would happily go again when visiting family. Looked a well looked after and equipped gym.

I get in, I do what I need to do and get out! Can't see what is wrong with any of that! Plus the trainers are always friendly!

The gym chelmsford is amazing
The gym chelmsford is amazing, personal trainers are very good and helpful.
I do lots of different classes and I really enjoy myself everyone are so friendly.
I love the classes with Imi, Ed, Zack, Cedrick and Clare.

Awful Customer Service - Wrong Billing
Sent emails complaining about wrongful deductions from my account after I paused my account and after I cancelled my subscription. They haven’t responded since Fall ‘24. It’s the worst customer service ever experienced, and I still can’t believe they haven’t figured out payment automation. Also - Gym Group - please stop sending me promo codes to resubscribe. Your “to opt out txt STOP to 61188” doesn’t work as well!

Cedric helped me at the door and was…
Cedric helped me at the door when I had trouble getting in and was very helpful and polite. I’ve attended a lot of his classes and they are always fun and I’ve learnt a lot from them. He is always happy to help when I have a query and is always so warm and welcoming.
