I can hardly believe that the people who are in charge of this place are autism friendly because I had corresponded with their team via WhatsApp after I wasn’t able to get back into my (Supported Living Accommodation) a few months ago after midnight, and even though this Gym is open 24/7 they still wouldn’t allow me (a vulnerable adult who had Epilepsy for over 30 years) to have any access to the gym simply because I didn’t have my code on me due to the fact that I had a dead battery at the time, I would like to think that The Gym Group will decide to change their ways and allow vulnerable people like myself to use the gym as a safe place, but in this case I ended up walking the streets of Carlisle until the early hours of the morning, and the Manager obviously thought that this would be completely forgotten about but that is not the case, (when you try to sweep matters under the carpet they always find a way to come back), this company is most certainly not autism friendly!!

Not as good as before as it opened and after two years back the hygiene isn't what it was use to be, the quality of PT has dropped 2 many new faces. Apart from that it is blessing of a gym . Well done area managers

Don’t bother getting a day pass, they’ll activate it a day early and when you come to use your code on the same day you bought it it won’t work. First time ever using a gym by these guys and looked like a tw@ trying to get in.

So got up this morning, scraped the frost of the windows, had my pre work out, arrived at the gym. Access denied! Cut a long story short I’m working in Carlisle and needed a pass for the month, called the gym group last Monday, “ what’s the best option for me buying a months pass? “ so the customer service agent says, “ take advantage of our half price deal, after around 4 days or a week, cancel direct debit, you’ll still be to access the gym until end of month when we try take another payment” so turned up this morning, no access, no customer service, no staff to help me. Pretty fuming as drove 20 mins this morning to get there before work, had to drive back to the hotel to get changed for work! Well and truly ****** off!

Absolute joke!!! Now it’s Saturdays drove to South Shields and same thing has happened again, even though I was on phone to customer service and they sorted it out… absolute p*** take will be cancelling and never visit one of your gyms again!!! Staff couldn’t even help me that was there, all he could do was apologise…. Another 40 min drive to one of your gyms utter waste of time!

From my time of going there (just of a year) and the time I go its usually pretty quiet and you can usually get on the equipment, the gym it's self is always tidy and clean. The staff are friendly and always say hi and give you a hand if you need it
