I totally love it. Only flaw for me is I only attend early before work and I’d love to know how to use more of the equipment, but if i need to try and get some kind of induction

Great gym. Can get busy at times, but has a good selection of machines and equipment. The staff are amazing, super friendly and maintain a great gym culture.
I had to leave the gym due an escalation of violence and crime. Broken walls, extirpated locker doors, stolen items and dirtiness within the locker room. This is not a healthy environment to relax.... Leggi di più

Avoid if you can
I had to leave the gym due an escalation of violence and crime.
Broken walls, extirpated locker doors, stolen items and dirtiness within the locker room.
This is not a healthy environment to relax.
The Gym Group didn't offer any support at all, which is a disgraceful attitude and clearly support crimes within the environment.

Great gym with great staff
Great gym. Can get busy at times, but has a good selection of machines and equipment. The staff are amazing, super friendly and maintain a great gym culture.

I joined this gym in February I didn't…
I joined this gym in February I didn't particularly like the lay out I paid £14.50 for first month as they was doing a special offer. I went once wasn't for me then emailed them to ask for a refund as I was in cooling off period as I was in 14 day period. I then received a refund for less then £2.50. I emailed them asking what the point and try to justify how they gave me that pathetic sum. I never had any reply they are a bunch of charlatans I'll be joining PureGym who are miles better then this lot avoid at all costs.

Terrible Cancellation
I made it clear when signing up that I was only using the gym for two weeks while in the UK. I was told not an issue, take out this subscription and cancel it. Which I did. On the 28th, Gym Group debit my account. After contacting customer service, I get the same genetic message, it's as if they're copy and pasting rather than actually reading and responding. I've asked for the money to be refunded as I cancelled the direct debit prior to the 28th.

Purchasing a membership
I went to join The Gym Bexleyheath and used one of the tablets to purchase the membership. I've chose the membership and filled in the form, then when I tried to make a payment the web page did not load (saying something went wrong or tangled). I have tried numerous times despite getting the same error message. Then, I got fed up and used my phone to purchase the membership and getting the same error message. I wasted my time and parking fee for nothing.

Disgusting moisture on the walls/celling.
The only massive problem which I encountered in the Bexleyheath gym, is moisture problems on the walls/celling in the area where all the stretching and flexibility movements are done.
I was resting in between my sets, and I felt two drops of water falling onto my head from the celling. I had to instantly rush to the toilet to wash my hair. This really killed my mood and pretty much ruined my experience because I also had to move to another area to continue with my workout.

Poor gym
The gym is always busy, equipment is constantly broken. The gym is Shut for ‘essential’ maintenance and then you come back after losing a day of your membership and the equipment is still broken, today they are setting up a new squat machine when the gym is busy with tools lying across the floor making awkward to use, surely that can be done in less busy times or when the gym is shut?

The gym gets closed at least 3 times a…
The gym gets closed at least 3 times a month with no reason given to the users. At this rate you realise you’re not really getting your moneys worth.
It’s also super busy and not enough classes for people who work during the day.
The staff are really lovely but still need to sort out the constant closing

Bexleyheath gym has been closed lots…
Bexleyheath gym has been closed lots recently due to maintenance, yet no significant changes. Generally the paintwork, posters etc are starting to look tired, and yet only been open a year. Although glad that I can use Bexleyheath, because Dartford gym is really busy and not enjoyable to workout in. Although it is a lot cleaner and fresher.

A member for 3 years..best decision ever!
Joining The Gym in early 2019...best decision ever! Open 24/7, spacious, clean, light, well-resourced, great facilities, free lockers, free classes, brilliant team of personal trainers. I've achieved so much more than I would have expected. So good to see my 'personal best' improve every month. I visit the gym in Bexleyheath 3 times a week. Probably one of the older members but I feel completely at home there!

The Bexleyheath gym is absolutely…
The Bexleyheath gym is absolutely useless. There are no dumbells over 38kg there are minimal cable and lat pull down machiene. The gym is USELESS. get useable equipment
