Nice clean - but

Nice clean, quieter than suggested gym-but not for me. it’s all a bit cramped, no private facility in the changing room except for the shower or the toilet to get changed. went once won’t be returning

Excellent gym

Excellent gym, cleanest gym I've been to. A good range equiptment and a good variety of classes. All staff are really welcoming, friendly, approachable and helpful.

An exceptionally friendly and clean…

An exceptionally friendly and clean gymn with a good choice of classes at various times of the day. The equipment is looked after and kept in very good condition. Instructors are keen to support, encourage and push that little bit if needed but also make the classes fun.
Matt and Luke run a great gymn alongside all the other staff.

5 star gym

I’ve joined a lot of gyms over the years and honestly can’t recommend gym group enough.
The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone is so welcoming and supportive.. great classes and lots of top equipment.

Amazing staff

Amazing staff, classes are fabulous. Big shout out to Liam who is always there to help me and my mum in the gym! Goes above and beyond.

disgusting

I went top this gym and it was really filthy never go there were rats everywhere so never go to this gym :(
